For a Servant with Arts NP, his NP building is really terrible. Yes he can do Arts chain, but unless your other Servants have 3 Arts cards each, it's not happening often. A skill that only grants 10% NP also seems weak now that we have Kintoki gaining what, 30%?
Versatility just doesn't seem worth it anymore.

That's the entire point, you use Vlad as a damage dealer (muchly needed) in Arts teams, especially in longer battles that you can't buster chain through with your other teams; admittedly battles like that are currently rare and mostly restricted to the final days of events. Vlad also happens to be tied for tankiest Berserker in the game, which fits this role.
It's a niche. Much like Lancelot, he's not supposed to be used like a vanilla berserker such as Herc or Kintoki.

Also, unranked Bloodsucker A gives 20% gauge, not 10%. Not super terrible, and enables non-whales to turn 1 NP with a Kaleido. 30% on a 6 turn cooldown (admittedly a bit long) when maxed.

We know that in Fate, the only absolute is situation. A servant or Noble Phantasm is usually never as absolute as you think, one bad situation/moment/luck and you could see them lose to someone you never imagined. Strategy is also king, since its all about how you apply yourself.

Even Avalon is beatable enough if you can figure out the right strategy.

I only have D'eon there because I have the materials to ascend her, I could do Saber Lily but as far as I know Lily is a waste of EXP and Materials unless she is your waifu.

The game is pretty basic, I wish it had a little more to it but it is a mobage for making money so any challenge that is added is a challenge added to make more money.

Probably the only time team composition matters is when you are against a story final boss, event boss rush or some of the interlude bosses.
Other times you can fix any problems by leveling up your team and just brute forcing everything.

I wouldn't mind DW adding some expert fight that are actually difficult even for a near maxed team, even if the reward was shit. Actual challenge would make this game more fun. But alas, whales are too dumb and they fund this shit.

Its not the power of the literal world, its the power of a conceptual world. This is a very important difference.

If it was the literal world, then nothing could ever break it, since no servant can destroy the world to begin with. Not even anti-world could do it if it was the real world. Also if it was the literal world, the literal world would break if you broke the shield,which isn't happening. People don't think with concepts enough; and the concept is "This is a world". Its not a fight using literal things or just power, its a fight using concepts.

Its a conceptual world, similar to Rho Aias concept of "Will always block thrown object". Unless your attack can destroy the conceptual world, it won't break it. This can either be done by targeting it with anti-world item, or targeting its concept in a particular way.
