So, why is it that Asriel getting killed due to Chara possessing him makes him turn into an emotionless "I will kill them all" flower?
You'd think he'd just hate Chara and nothing else, right?

That's not how it works. When the Chara/Asriel fusion died, Asriel's dust got sprinkled all over the garden, and since he had gone outside and gotten sticky seeds all over him, they started to bloom in the throne room. Cut ahead to Alphys screwing with determination, and she decided to try to make a vessel with no soul, but the determination to live. She made the vessel the Flowers in the throne room. What she didn't know is that because Asriel's dust sprinkled throughout the room, his essence was in the flowers, thus making Flowey. Now, Flowey was alive, but had no soul. He could still feel primal emotions like fear and anger, but couldn't feel kindness or love. He originally came out to Asgore and tried to live with him, but he slowly realized that wasn't going to bring his emotions back. So he went to Toriel, but the same thing happened. He tried to kill himself one day, only to discover the power of determination and SAVE/LOAD, and that he couldn't die, or was too afraid to. Thus, using his save powers, he erased Toriel and Asgore's memory of him and began to screw around with everyone using the reset power. At first, he used it for good, but got bored of that, then used it for evil and got bored of that too. Cut to beginning of game

All of this info is spliced throughout both the pacifist monologue he gives at the beginning and the genocide monologue he gives before fighting Sans. Hope that explains it some

i torrented a copy of undertale from pirate bay but it was a weird undertale the start screen (i haddnt played at all before this point) just had flowey staring at me with a hyper realistic eyeless face and then i played it and then toriel was hyper realistic and didnt interact with my cahracter at all and just kept saying "...." and then i got to snowdin and sans and papyrus were both just unmoving piles of hyper realistic bones and then my computer shut off and now i cannot look into any mirror or else i see hyperrealistic chara with no eyes and blood mouth and i havent slept in 6 days its gonna get me guys please help this is a warning

Post Undertale 2 scenarios.

It takes place an undetermined amount of years after the first game. The surface world is now a wasteland, except there are tons of golden flowers everywhere. Somehow, a second Monster War broke out sometime in the past. It's over now but humans and monsters don't get along anymore. You play as a young child of an ambiguous background traveling from location to location, meeting, fighting, and befriending a completely new set of monsters, as well as humans, and slowly uncovering bit by bit how the world came to be like this.
Eventually you come to learn that it takes place after the post-genocide pacifist ending. All of the monsters from the first game are dead, and the war started as a result of Chara's actions. The golden flowers are related to the patch of flowers Asriel put Chara's corpse on.
There is also lots of Gaster backstory sprinkled throughout.
Neutral ending final boss is possessed Frisk, whose age and appearance have frozen because reasons. He speaks.
Pacifist ending final boss is Chara's real body containing the souls of Chara, Flowey, Frisk, and a bunch of humans and monsters that Chara absorbed. This basically results in a being as powerful as Asriel was, but with Chara's mind. This fight ends with Flowey's soul waking up as Asriel and fighting together with Frisk for control over Chara's body.
I have no idea how Genocide would play out.
