So I downloaded Cleric Armours of the Nine Divines after seeing some anon post it in the last thread.

It's got some nice looking armour, but I started a new game as a Vigilant of Stendarr and was intending on going full roleplay, only to realize that the mods creator has stopped all support for the mod and didn't create any of the other divines outside of this picture, namely Stendarr.

So is there any mods that give me Stendarr Armour or Armour in which you think a Knight of Stendarr would use. Please don't say those robes which the normal Vigilants use. Or that shitty Steel Plate Robe Mod. I mean high quality shit like pic related.

I did the gem quest for Talen-Jei but I also collected some debts from Keraava and now he sometimes treats me like I'm his best friend and sometimes like I'm the lowest piece of dirt to stain the floor of his inn. I don't like the sound of it. For the list of features it provides it does little job explaining in detail what it adds, and lacks a list of confirmed mods its not compatible with. I like to avoid mods that add lots of stuff to the landscape.

The comment section is riddled with people having issues, and from some of his replies it sounds like he wants to add a lot of script and quest related stuff. Also apparently his taverns use Malukah's covers, which is already a big turn off for me.

I don't like the sound of it. If you do try it though, please let /tesg/ know what you thought of it.

I recommend Morrowind Watercolored to anyone, if that's not their thing, then I recommend them to make their own mod compilation. It's easier to narrow down errors that way than having to deal with someone else's idea of a modded Morrowind... that's heavily outdated, anyways.

Combat in Morrowind is very fun once you get used to it. Truth be told, I installed a mod called Gratuituous Violence (I think) a few months ago, and hated it. Morrowind's charm is not knowing if the next hit is going to land. All that is lost when you install one of those "100% accuracy" mods.

I can't accurately answer that; I don't use either. But PerMa isn't known for its robust compatibilities, and Duke's is a huge gameplay overhaul as well so I doubt even the patcher can work around those changes. Duke's is really big on realism though, so I would bet Perma might be more "fun" overall. But if gritty realism is your thing, give Duke's a try.

can any tool help me identify a CTD on start problem? I know that there are programs that help you identify CTDs while playing/saving/opening up the menu etc. etc., but not for the problem I'm having

It's sum shit from PSO. Not a whole long list of weapons with disappearing blades for Oblivion, so I just tended to unequip it when not in use.

Do most of you cap your fps to 60?

Just found out that anything over 60 causes objects in most indoor areas to go nuts and fly all over the place.

Are you a 100% sure you didn't remove/add any mods? You could play just fine with that EXACT same list?

Maybe you changed a setting on your computer. Maybe your computer did itself.

I was having almost the exact same issue as you about a year ago. I would play for hours and hours with no issues, then I'd reboot my PC for whatever reason, and then if I tried to play Skyrim it would either CTD on load or shortly after I finished loading a save. No idea what was causing it or how I fixed it.

I have over 150 mods though... and every time you enable/disable a mod that adds new animations you're supposed to run FNIS, and also recreate your Bashed Patch, and that takes a while

Disable them in groups of five and don't worry about bashed patch or fnis right now. You only need to find the problem mod so you can just turn off bashed patch

I was told a bashed patch is super reliant on your load order, which means that every time you enable/disable a mod you need to rebuild it or it just fucks your game up

It doesn't. Remember, you're just doing trial & error on your load order to see what is causing your CTD. A bashed patch won't mess anything up if you deactivate it. Don't make things needlessly complicated.

I'm looking for Robed Looking Armor Mods. The kind of Armor a Cleric would use because I want to roleplay a Vigilant of Stendarr. The only one I've found is pic related, which I hate (Robed Steel).
