Scat and Okita just got released and both have far more versatile NPs/skills than what jack will likely end up having. And that's not even mentioning drake or gil. Nobu does far lower damage than orion and suffers from needing specific enemies just like orion. The only advantage she has is arguably 2 turns of good crit damage if you're lucky or 1 turn of crit damage if you aren't. Her np is also arguabky better being an aoe.
Orion however has far more survivability, damage and even with her horrid animations, orion gains more np than nobunaga.

Atlanta suffers from having only one good skill, non-existent attack and meeding kaleido for nping if you wanr decent damage. Atlanta does however far surpass orion in star gen.
