Shizune, Lilly and Emi probably yes, Lilly and Shizune can still have a normal life and maybe Emi has an emotional breakdown down the line which can fuck up her life, but they'll be allright.

Hanako and Rin, though, can be really tricky to say they'll be ok. It is implied that there is a possibility that Rin may kill herself in a few years, maybe even with Hisao, it's just a possibility, but maybe it gets more probable without him. Hanako is still a shut-in that is entering adult life, when you're an adult, changing is hard and maybe she'll never be able to do it. Living a life as a NEET without too much friends and living by government help is not a good life.

Hisao represents Hanako's outing to the world, though, with that gone wrong she will probably shut herself more. Lilly can/will go away eventually, she can't stay as a babysitter forever and even if she tries, maybe Hanako will shut her down too. It may happen she gets better and start talking to people and have a normal life, but I think Hisao was her best chance.

Rin can be okay, but maybe not. Staying in the world is hard for some people, especially someone that doesn't fit. Hisao could be one of the ways she gets more invested in living on. It's really hard to find out if in the long run Hisao would be a good or a bad thing.

Emi has 2 ways to get into the good ending and a bad ending, if I remember right, the bad ending isn't that bad, it's just falling out with each other and ending there. It should be pretty obvious what you do need to do to not fuck everything up and even if you fail, there's the second chance. Besides completing 100%, there isn't much value in playing Emi bad ending. You should still do it someday, though.

You should play Rin's route, then. The neutral ending first, then the bad one and then the good one for maximum enjoyment and heart breaking.
