You're someone who got a level 200 character, probably not even a very good one, and then didn't have anyone to do endgame content with.

That's the worst situation to be in. I've been there before and it was no good at all. First impressions are everything, and if your first impression of being level 200 is immediately realizing that you couldn't do anything because of all those friends you didn't make, then you'll want to re-roll or quit.

I don't even know how everyone ended up meeting and playing together. No one I partied with ever wanted to do other stuff once the dungeon or area grind was done.

Let's talk about video games.

How can dungeons be improved? Right now they're mindless, monsters stand no chance against a full group. More difficult boss abilities? Monsters that require some kind of special method to beat them? I think one issue is all the crowd control, they're basically punching bags half the time.

I think dungeons need more puzzles like Valius ended up with. It seems like questing zones in later areas had better mechanics than any dungeon. Though, the chapel Mission in Fedimian was kinda neat

Parties all start out the same way: A collection of loners who just want to do their quest and get away from the cancerous idiots/extremely rude and ugly people in their party.

The element of change to make people like you and want to continue partying with you has to be yourself. You have to be the most outgoing person in the party to keep it together.

It's hard at first, but just imagine that you're talking to people who you are interviewing for a job.

When the dungeon ends, disband the party, message the 'good' ones with another invite to do the next area, and carry on. If they can't continue, try again with another group

Your friends list fills up with decent people, and you get a good group any time you want. It's win/win.

Reminder: friends come and go, but the people you stood besides while you endured hours of demon dick... those are forever.

I liked the idea of trying to forcing you to move with the touhou laser light show but it was poorly implemented.

Personally I'd like to see more mobs in dungeons with unique skills you have to try to watch for or counter play more frequently.

I'd like to see more boss moves that telegraph to a degree so I'm not just falling asleep on the AA button.

Just having drops would make clearing dungeon mobs feel better. Monsters with better mechanics would also be good, and just having monsters move around instead of standing idle might be cool. The leashing of dungeon mobs makes boss rushes too easy, but boss rewards are pretty shit so I'm not sure that's even worth it. The bosses themselves don't really have mechanics though beyond their basic rotation, and that could do improving. Also having some kind of dungeon mechanic beyond linear clear all mobs would also help.

Anyway I got my account from this guy today, he sets up a 163.com email for you, gives you the email account and all info to both accounts as well as a guide he wrote himself about how to change your pasword and security questions on both the email account and the nexon account.

The only thing you have to NOT do to keep the account and him not have any access to it is to try to change the email, if you try to change it to a gmail email or something it'll try to ask verification and fail.

I looked through the 163 and saw no way he could take the account back with the settings he gave me (Turns off phone verification, enables security questions, which I set myself)

From having bosses with actual unique mechanics to mobs that require tricks, anything can improve it. Most bosses and fights I've seen in this game were like picking a bag of skills and one unique skill and calling it a new boss. Even WoW has more unique shit than this.

I could only do two dungeons, so I can't say about 150+ or whatever, but both were fucking uninsteresting. Even other games had more dungeons and more interesting mechanics inside.

First thing is that the overall damage of monster should not be increased so Priests aren't a requirement. Priests should make your dungeon runs smoother and create less downtime between pulls for healing than with a non-Priest Cleric build, but keep the same overall clear speed.

More aggro-less archers to make CC important and to threaten ranged DPS so they can't just run around with 4k health at lvl 130. Easier to aggro and position melee monsters that stick to swordsman and other melee classes better.

More telegraphed attacks that require good reflexes to dodge but hurt like hell. Slightly less auto attack damage from melee mobs to compensate for ranged DPS getting hit more often.

Harder bosses where most attacks are dangerous telegraphs with no respite. Greatly increase boss health (triple or quadruple, if not more).

In other words, fixing the basics before they work on implementing new features like puzzles and different modes. If the base is broken, there's no point to build on it.

So far ToS dungeons are really bad, but it isn't the layout that does it. It's the encounters. I'd enjoy some non-combat sections or something similar as well. If anyone ever did the Malgrave Trail adventure in Wildstar I think that would be a fantastic style to go for for ToS. Of course not just an identical thing, but to base some ideas off of.

So back when you were doing the quest with the chapel and ghost priest, and he asked you to find a book to put him in, does it matter which one you choose? Can you fail at finding one? Because I kind of just went in and grabbed the first book I saw, without realizing there were others. I still feel kinda guilty.

Pretty much every Swordie spec ends up auto-attacking a large portion of the time. I think it's fine for them though, since their autos are pretty powerful and have to ability to cleave.
