What's a good amount of power strength for an EB build for Excal? Just as much Pstr as possible? Trying to fuck around with a build that was at 269 power strength, but want to get more utility out of it by trying to keep my range at at least 100%. With the build mentioned, there was only 40% range due to Narrow Minded. Is 200% acceptable enough for 40+ mins t4 and other shit? Anyone have a build they've taken that far and have been able to keep up?

is it unreasonable to put 5 forma into excal? I had 2 before, back when he was just a RJ machine, but now I'm seeing that I can maximize for that 299% str build to cost very little (or to get something like 281% str on a minimum cost build) if I put some more in, with the advent of channeling cost rework, exilus slot, and moon mods

Ivara's #4 not having punch through severely limits it's usefulness. As it stands, it's better to build her for utility in group or solo play, aside from gimmicks like maybe exterminate missions.

I was able to get 185k red crits on lvl100 ancients in simulor with a basic dread slash build, though. Headshot + prowl. That was with r10 trans, r5 intensify, r2 blind

But in a world with invulnerability phases on bosses or bullet sponge enemies like nullifiers, it seems impractical over just using her for stealth and junk

No problem. These are the builds I've been using lately in solo endurance runs. TF + Primed Continuity will help your damage scale for a longer time but I'm fond of the utility from Rage and P Drift. Either ways you're going to end up relying on using RB to buff your damage and not get killed. Having energy to do this is always going to be a top priority.

Also Stretch is great for Slash Dash. You get to travel at copter speeds and have fun with invincibility.

Tonkor, synoid simulor and torid are the best aoe weapons in the game.
Torid is only used for camping on survival, tho, but it will rape nullifier's shields and proc status like crazu.
Synoid simulor with some fire rate mods is global-range-aoe-rape-machine that will crit for like 40-80k.
Tonkor is easymode penta.

It's slower, you can't run while stealth, but it drains over time, standing still is a slow drain, walking increases, you can roll or jump to get around quicker and running on ziplines/dashwires doesn't break it. She also has a stealth arrow that you can apparently attach to yourself with navigator. Non-silent weapons break stealth for about a second and then she auto-restealths.

If you've been playing liki a lot, you need to unlearn some of your reliance on cloak. Prowl isn't meant to be used the same way as invis - create bubbles as you go to hide in, and for energy regen. Prowl is best used to reposition yourself or to set off noise arrows away from you, not as lol invis bullrush skill.

I know, but pubs don't normally know how to do high level spy without ciphers, which is what I meant. Was doing a sortie that was on a grineer asteroid, and pubs were having trouble hacking in that one spot that forces you to hack a panel to move a tram out of the way.
