It's a DLC, it's not a full game, eight factions are understandable.

Despite the question presented being fucking retarded, I often wonder what we'd come up in some hypothetical warfare scenarios. Like, we have all technology we have today, but we establish rules on what can or not be done, how warfare ends up looking like. I guess stating "no blackpowder" would just lead us to caveats like "use some other sort of combustible", so I'm basically thinking of a restriction to most projectiles unless they use human strength.

I'm guessing we would've ended up with very elaborate slings and crossbows and some pretty cool armor, with some sort of shock infantry using some sort of halberd.

Looking at Charlemagne politics, there doesn't seem to be any real penalty for going Absolute Power in the politics. You get +5 loyalty and since corruption is now capped at 60%, the +10% corruption means nothing.

Open the province overview window and it'll show you a breakdown of income from its regions. I'm pretty sure it even tells you what kind of income it is (industry/agri/sustenance/culture etc...) so you can fine tune bonus buildings you build.

I'll be working on them and the Celts next.

First is getting the mod compatible with the latest release and then releasing sand-kingdoms work. Then I'd like to prioritize doing JUST visuals, no stat editing whatsoever if I can avoid it, for AoC. Then after that I would work on the celts and nords since in the process of doing that for AOC I'd get new VMDs for Norse/Saxons and Celts.

Sand Kingdoms stuff is pretty much done except for unit costs and final look-overs, I'm sure I've done some mistakes here or there. It just has to be made compatible with AoC patch.

And for the short term I am going to leave my Alan overhaul where it lay and leave the white huns as clones of the regular huns because I am not going to backtrack and do the fucking Alans again.

I'm looking at an example that I loaded up right now and they're in the celtic band unit, the celtic warband unit, and this ridiculous Scatha's Teachers unit is entirely female and it's a high quality unit. I don't know if this is normal, it seems major enough that you would've noticed, but I'll point out:

1) The basic barbar spearmen seem to be misnamed - they're called "Levy Germanic Skirmishers", same as the actual skirmishers. They behave correctly, it's just the names, really.
2) Although I'm using the submod for English names, mercenaries (which are clearly equal to the base units other than cost/upkeep) are named in Latin for some reason.
3) I forgot which units exactly (sorry :^)) ), but some mid tier germanic units are lacking in a space in their name. I think it was archers, so it's something like GermanicHunters or GermanicBowmen or whatever. I'm not sure though.
