Prana Burst is the same bonus for both. Arturia's stronger Charisma and higher max ATK doesn't make up for the NP damage difference. Instinct isn't that useful outside of specific team builds.

With a full offensive team with no healing and one or two berserkers there is high chance to loss even if you can clear the quest quicker, you might relay in a command seal at the end.
Meanwhile defensive teams will be less risky, but it will take far more time to complete the quest, still you can end up with one or no servants dying because of the heals.

That's why I think Vlad capacity to enter an arts team should be a huge plus, what's better than a hard to kill Berserker?
And Jeanne should be two tiers up because is the most safest servants in this game, that almost assure victory with almost no risk. Of course, she most be in an arts team to work.

They gave a free David for that, even then I have used the Jeanne NP more to make arts chain than for defense. Only Archers and Assassins are a danger because they can charge their NP in three turns, everyone else almost always die
before using them.
An arts team is not only about defense, you need strong attack oriented servants like Saber or Vlad to actually deal damage while the other ones defend.
