If you're patient, the overalls guy walks near the vault. Pop him there and the keycard will be plenty close. The hard part is moving the samurai armor without guards or civilians noticing the open vault. Which is mostly a matter of luck. An extra pair of hands and ecms takes all the risk of failing away, so if you can get someone reliable to join it is always worth your time

Ex-President is really disappointing. Seemed like an interesting perk deck but it's absolute garbage on DW, the only way to make it even functional is to use a AoE/Bullethose weapon with ICTV because at least you'll have a stop gap and be able to viably regenerate.

It needs to not consume your entire stocked health when you regenerate your armor. That or if you manage to stock a full bar without losing your armor it just auto consumes and heals you.

So that discussion about cheesing Train stealth with the saw made me wonder if stealthing Train was viable without the saw.

The wiki says there are 11 guards total: 3 in the lumber yard, 5 patrolling the train, 3 in the gully. Does anyone know if the 5 around the train would be the ones who would be able to see open vault doors on the river side and get alerted? What about the drills?

I was thinking of doing what I used to do on Old Train DW and just ECM-glitch the fifth guard if that means I can open and loot the vaults in peace.

Bernettis are useless compared to Chimanos and Interceptors and especially Deagles. I'd love to use Interceptors but Chimanos are just straight up better now (still look like shit though), while with Deagles you can one-shot tans on DW but forget about sticking to Basic SB/LB.

Considering how the devs nerfed the dodge bonus of this perk deck of 5%, Roguefags are on suicide watch. Just slap the grinder perk deck instead, shit is a lot more enjoyable.

What's cool with the bernettis is you don't need gunslinger aced to get 40 damage while the Chicanos need the 15 damage bonus to stay in the competition.

Chicanos has superior concealment for both the 88 and custom versions so it might help you to be more flexible on your secondary weapon.

do some loud Bank Heists or, I dunno, Four Stores instead. Start with very hard, move to OVK when you hit your 40~ level. Playing loud allows you to get a sense of the map and you can apply that knowledge later, when you're going in stealthy. You can't get that with SR, obviously, but you really should get some levels at least. Moving all those bags without movement or interaction speed skills is almost painful once you get used to going fast.

The 10% base dodge from suit + dodge skills (SB/LB optional) are all you need for loud DWs. The health regen is pretty insane.

Banned for cheating? Follow these rules.
We currently enforce a strict policy on cheating. This includes in game cheating as well as the use of SAM to unlock all achievements.

If you have been banned for cheating it is possible to be unbanned if you follow the suggestions in this thread. This oppertunity only happens once and if any cheating activity is noticed again the following forum and community ban will not be lifted.

1) First you must reset ALL in game progress. This can be done in the options menu in game. This must be done before step 2.

2) Use Steam achievement manager to LOCK ALL achievements for Payday 2. SAM is not supported by Steam and using it on other games may result in a VAC ban.

3) Add one of the community moderators on Steam. For some odd reason we can only reinvite users on our friend list to the community. Provide screenshot evidence in game.

Cheating and piracy are big issues for the developers and due to the peer to peer system it's very difficult to manage. Cheaters cause a lot of problems for many players within the game, ruining the experience for them which is why we enforce this rule. I also believe that we all make mistakes and people should be given a second chance. As mentioned earlier, if repeated then the following ban will not be lifted by any means.

All the new missions don't require any objective equipment such as saws and c4s anymore, they just give it to you for free, or omit them completely. The most you get is a drill.

The older heists like big bank and transports were more inclusive with options to use said equipment to make things easier.

Now newer heists just revolve around killing and a gimmick. Not that the gimmicks are bad or anything, just wish they were more inclusive.
