I was hoping it'd fuck up CON but as it is what it does is buff INT, in the most harmless case. If the mob has high INT it buffs SPR which makes things worse since CON is unchanged.

After extensive teasting with Shield Bash, I finally got some results.

And now the weird results

It's extremely effective agaisnt full STR targets, but it's actually a buff against Tanks. Interesting. Or perhaps it's not working properly.

Final comments on Rodelero.

Overall, I liked this a lot more than I expected I would. Damage is subpar, but I can see Rodeleros becoming very useful later on as a PvP class. Specially in team PvP.

Landing Rodelero skills will require lots of practice, specially if your opponent likes to jump around, but it's feasible.

The stuff you really want to get as a Rodelero C1 Montano, Targe Smash. C2s are really worth getting for Slithering and Shield Bash. C3 might not be as great, but it does give you High Kick, which does decent damage considering it's mostly a debuff.

Shield Charge is garbage. Shield Shield Push is awful. Shield Shoving is pointless. Shooting Star is somehow even more disappointing than Mordchlag was for Doppelsoeldner.

They're as much tanks in this game as Peltastas. They get the attribute for the C blocking, along with Slithering, which is about the only thing in this game that will block magic.

I regret going with Pelt + Hoplite into Rodelero. Had I gone with with Highlander2 instead, I would've had the damage output I lacked, while being as much of a tank as a Peltasta, outside of not having Swashbuckling.

I would definitely roll a Rodelero again on release. Swor-> Highlander2 -> Rodelero3 for damage(Get High Kick), or Highlander3 -> Rodelero2 for more team PvP utility(No high kick, but Skull Swing instead).

Montano is actually pretty respectable too. Overcharge two, disables monsters, and does 1.2k damage with my shit damage set. 20 second cooldown. It's not comparable to Targe Smash, but it's the second best damage you get with Rodelero.

Oh, both slithering and shield charge defintiely keep working while you're dashing, you only lose the special animation (it even resumes if you stop dashing before the effect is over), I was able to kick monsters around with charge+dash and dodge flame grounds with slithering+dash just fine.

How come? Canoneer indeed does single hits, but I guess that guy wasn't even geared up or something. 2k based is a lot and +50% damage on grounded enemies sounds good. Shootdown seems weaker, but it still has that 50% on fliers and cannon burst sounds alright too. Cannoneer sees to be a CC class, not the highest damaging one. I'd love to see a musketeer video too showing the skills and the tooltips, that one seems to be more about single target killing. Even the cooldowns aren't bad either, they're quite low on most skills

That's actually pretty impressive. I honestly think 1 rank in cata is almost good enough just to justify access to 2h spears for hoplites.

Dragoons not getting mounted skill is a serious issue to cataphract. There is absolutely nothing Catas can get that's a decent followup to their build.

Featherfoot's skills should be based off con by a small bit. That would synergize well with thaum and make for more interesting builds.

Main problem Dragoon has, is that it's literally a skinned Highlander that needs spears. Dragontooth is literally Cartar, except no overheat. Serpentine is literally Moulinet. Dragon Soar is just a Slash hit, if you're lacking in that aspect.
Maybe Gae Bulg with attributes is something more interesting, but it's a weak class so far.

Cata is Rank 4 but it severely limits your future options. You can further specialize in it at Ranks 5 and 6, but that pidgeonholes Templar as a Rank 7 pick.

Alternatively you can get Squire at Ranks 5 and 6 (and 7).

No point in going Corsair cuz 2h spears, no point in going Fencer cuz 2h spears. No point going Dragoon cuz fuck you.

The other option is going Doppel at ranks 6 and 7 and relying on deeds of valor. Can't cyclone while mounted so say hello to Mordschlag, master of underwhelming damage skills.

You got 2 melee skills Buttstroke (8sec cd) and Bayonet Thrust (10sec cd). With limited skill point, i think we will only level up one of them or keep both at level 1.

Headshot (20sec) - Lower enemy intelligence and mental by <number>

Snipe (25sec) - Snipe mode Auto-attack

Covering Fire (15sec) - Basically Multishot 2.0

Penetration Shot (20sec) - Shoot the dirt 5 times
