If you like the Jojo, by virtue it gets a 10/10 because it's 100% the strongest Jojo reference game to ever be made. As a game itself, it's only bad as a fighting game due to technical issues. Overall the gameplay is fine.

Do we know the PS4 versions of the GTA games have plats?

The San Andreas listing on PSNProfiles is for PS3, which is a full port of the iOS version of the game. That has a plat but it's worth pointing out that the Star Wars PS2 games on PS4 don't have plats.

Can't compare to the non-bundled PS2 games on PS4 yet as we haven't seen the trophy list for Dark Cloud and so on yet (as far as I know).

With just a personal straight ranking from games I'd suggest playing first to last I'd have to go with
1. Ratchet and Clank
2. Jak and Daxter
3. Sly Cooper
4. Crash
5. Uncharted
6. Spyro

To go more in-depth with your shit entries to avoid question.
1. Ratchet and Clank, you should Really try to play the mainline PS2 series first, and then the Future series on PS3. So it'd be 1, 2, 3, Tools of Destruction, Quest for Booty, and A Crack in Time. Those are the essentials. You can play Into the Nexus, it's short and sweet, but anything else isn't very necessary.
2. For Jak and Daxter I'd just go with 1 2 and 3. Personally the series changed dramatically from 1 to 2 and become even darker with 3, so 3 is my least favorite with 1 and 2 being equally good, in different ways. 3 is there because you should play it if you bother playing the first 2.
3. The series has been the most consistently good one, and the 4 games are all special in there own way.
4. Just play the first 3 PSX games before jumping into the mixed bag that was the PS2 games.
5. I actually wanted to put Uncharted much higher in the ranking but I wanted to prioritize what someone should play first, but the games themselves are very very good. I would say just play them in release order. 1 is still fun to play and doesn't take long to complete and then you can see how much it grew and improved both gameplay wise and visually when going to 2. 3 isn't quite as strong as 2 but it "finishes" the trilogy and is still a blast to play.
6. While I enjoyed spyro as a child I have to be objective and say the games didn't age very well, or at least when compared to it's counterparts. Despite this though I would say that Ripto's Rage is still one of my all time favorite PSX games though.

Spyro has aged better than pretty much any other fifth gen series from a visual and gameplay standpoint in my subjective opinion

It was an action platformer first and a shooter second, that's why they didn't think about developing a strafing system.
Ratchet and Clank 2 is when the series shifted from a childish platformer to an action shooter.
People didn't want straight edgy shooter Ratchet though and 3 sort of lost a bit of that charm and Deadlocked had none of it.
It wasn't until PS3 that Insomniac found the right balance between Ratchet and Clank and shooter. They wanted to make a dedicated shooter for awhile and it had been shoved onto R&C, but that was resolved when they were allowed to make Resistance.

It lacks the weapon evolution and customization that made the franchise. Not to mention how unpolished it was that it was the first game.
Deadlocked has the problem of too much of a single thing, as R&C is more than just a shooter, it's a platformer as well, but because Deadlocked removed Clank who is the best platformer friend ever the platforming felt so cut and dry.

Which is not no games being able to emulate properly at all. There are many games that you can emulate on PC from the PS2 that play all the way through with no issue. If you're playing graphically intensive PS2 games on PC you might have issues but the majority of 2D based JRPGs work perfectly on a good PC.

Let's be real and unbiased here. PS4 PS2 emulation is better optimized and runs perfectly with no glitches, as evident by the same emulation on PS3, which was 1:1, and the recent Star Wars PS2 games running on PS4.
On PC it's either really hard to get a game working 1:1 or simply not possible . It is clear that PCX2 devs don't have access to all the tools needed for perfect PS2 emulation, which Sony does have.

All trophy sets have a certain percentage dedicated to game progression. Getting a plat does require more work, yes, but we're not talking about plats.
You have to understand that not having 100% trophies in game doesn't not mean you didn't finish it. You can for a fact go look at someone's trophy set for a game and tell if they finished the game, even if they didn't earn the platinum. And second, not all platinums involve mindless grinding, in japanese games more so than in western games, a lot involve actual skill, planning and dedication, which is a commendable effort for someone to put in game.
