If you have 256MB of VRAM, maybe. Even with Big Picture mode and Overlay on, if you have a semi-decent toaster, it runs fine. And the only emulators you should have hooked up is pcsx2, dolphin, DEmul, and retroarch for everything else. I already have everything hooked up.

It's all done through the mupen64plus.cfg file.

Also, RetroArch is mostly fine for N64. It has a couple of issues, but for most games people will play, it's a superior option to standalone. More options and features, an actual UI, and no disgusting audio lag (easily the worst part about standalone mupen).

Quake II?
Not that I remember. That shit was made with wizardry.
Fear effect 2 (from what I remember) suffers from the "resident evil scene delay effect", where it stops for a little before getting in the next screen/scene/. Also, is kinda slow (not surprised when you see the NPCs and characters model and their detail).
It's still high level wizardry tho.

At 1.5x clock most games I've tried worked - aside from audio and FMVs - at like 5x clock lots of things start breaking.
I can't test some games though, just because I'm building on VS2015 which breaks some things, and PCSXR is kinda broken on windows anyway (AFAIK the dynarec hasn't worked for a long time).

PS2 has a lot of missing effects in HW mode (including the filter and the whole drawing interface) and apparently even my i5 can barely handle it in SW mode.

the latest versions of PCSX2 have a progressive mode hack for that game which makes it look not quite as bad as interlaced on native res though.

If you can't run it in SW mode just go with the Wii version it'll look and run better (and you can use mouse for the drawing parts which is way better than waggle or stick)

If you have access to a PS3 just use the HD version it's much less of a pain in the ass.

>Gee, because porting the recompiler to 64 bit is one of the more complicated parts of the ongoing process of porting to 64 bit?
zilmar has little to no interest in writing a x64 CPU recompiler, hence why I made that comment. It's silly that there are people who are enthusiastic about using the 64 bit builds despite the fact that it only has interpreter.

It's sad that even Mupen64Plus has a x64 CPU recompiler.
