Anyone tested it?

It looks interesting. Generally I don't get these green texture mods in games like Fallout, but I'm so sick of brown and bloom. But 2.3GB seems strangely massive.
Especially since the Green Textures mod and Seasons of Skyrim mod together for Skyrim were only like 300mb.

although to be fair i got rekt on Survivalist in the glowing sea, so i decided to use power armor (the only time i used it in the game besides the intro concord mission)
