So I played the zombies over at a friend's house this weekend, and didn't find it very fun. I only played one round but it just seemed like a lot of extra nonsense thrown in but the map itself wasn't actually very fun.

depends (normally play on HC) I almost always go with 2 attachments on guns (grip and quickdraw, though grip is optional), and roll dead silence+awareness to soundwhore, works wonders in any mode really. launcher is optional, I normally use one when I'm trying to go for those bloodthirsty camos. I sometimes go for perk 2 greed for tracker and fast hands, perk 1 is more situational. (flak jacket for domination/nuketown)

Considering rapid fire demonstrably does virtually nothing to shotguns, you've got some bad confirmation bias.

It's a decent shotgun but it's outclassed in short range by the KRM (much quicker TTK) and in longer range by the Argus. Basically a slightly more skilled alternative to the Hitmarker.

The jumping is subtle and gradual (not a sudden altitude spike) and there's no side boosts or bunny-hopping or any of that shit.

It's basically 80% grounded now, just like BO2 but with a bit of added mixup potential. The slide is more important than the jump here.
