Well I imagine we're already going to have various different clans per faction on Mushin, so whichever the very first clan is will probably be the absolute worst and serve as a containment zone. Most drama will occur there.

The second clans for each respective faction will probably be bro tier. Well, lesser shit maybe. This clan and the main guild will start with each other. During this conflict, an extremely quiet 3rd clan will be created with like 5 starting members which will increase to like 20 at most. It will probably be extremely comfy and supportive.

After a massive shitflinging battle, the people with the largest amount of drama surrounding them will leave their respective clans and ask to join the 3rd clan, which will be allowed because why not, but will eventually either quit or just fall into passive silence after talking about how none of the drama was really their fault.

Am I leaving anything out?

A huge chunk of them won't even make it to actual release, and another portion won't make it far past that.

The RPers/legit NEETs/anime autists will do their OTP/drama/whatever shit, have the drama blow up in their face, pop their fluoxetine, and move to a different server to do it all over again.

The people dedicated to PvP only will stay, because they don't really need the support of a clan to do their thing. Eventually they'll move on to another game, because the odds that NCSoft will put extra effort into supporting a PvP community for this game is next to nothing.

The people that want to go hard on all aspects of the game (or want to focus more on PvE) will care more about getting things done than "friends" in a video game, and will go wherever they can get an environment that supports their hardcore tendencies. Which means not NFA.

All that's left is a constantly rotating roster of PvE/PvP casuals.

Friends fight, people get crushes, etc. All you can really do is just avoid it. I had lots of fun! Didnt get to play this beta as much as I wanted to, but literally every CBT has been inconvenient for me.

Did get to 45, need to try another class next CBT to make sure I'm happy with my current, but otherwise I'm really happy with the game and since I got to do skittering tunnels before servers ded I'm excited for how challenging some dungeons can be in the future when we get more content!

Well I'm not 100% yet. CBT4 is basically 95% PvP for me, but KFM has been way more fun to do in PvE for sure. Either way I'll still play both, but it's a matter of which I'll main and which will mostly be a tinkering class.
Gonna have everything at 45/50 eventually for figuring out how they work, but those two are definitely my main and secondary choices with likely Summoner as my third if that FM/KFM hybrid or the secret new class don't tickle my fancy.

I really like arenas in BnS. I'm genuinely excited to be able to PvP in a game and not lose my shit. I'm a carebear who in most games will play on PvE servers, I'll play on PvP servers without complaining but if I do and I get ganked I'm the type that will just sit there so its over with faster.

All that said, I got a bit angry last CBT because the world duel tournament popup was triggering my completionist side, so I decided to just do them and get it over with. I had a lot of fun. Since then I've been doing arenas daily, and I fucking love it.

The fact that I can go into arenas and enjoy it, and leave them coolheaded even if I lose is probably one of the biggest factors in me being hyped for this game. Never have I felt like things were generally so balanced and up to reactions and skill, even if some classes are cancer.

I'm from /xivg/ and I just happened to be playing BnS. I found it to be a refreshing game and the community wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I was expecting rampant ERP but people in the game were pretty chill and helpful when I was asking for help.

It's just a shame I couldn't get my DS4 controller to work for BnS since my hands are small as fuck so I'm more comfortable using a controller.

As an almost-Plat Assassin main, we are absolutely fucking cancerous. It's why I'm switching to either KFM or BM on release, just because I want something that isn't complete aids for the opponent to play against, after having played against Assassins myself on alts.

LBM and Destroyers are more obnoxious than Assassins because they both counter pretty much anything that isn't one another (LBM beats Destroyer, anyway), but Assassin is still considered 'cancer' because of its borderline lack of counterplay that so many classes have against it.

LBM and Destroyer are worse, but I still prefer fighting them over Assassins, because at-least I'm allowed to properly predict, react and (sometimes) punish them for their mistakes.

I know, I played a KFM to 45 and have been pvping more with it and BM than Assassin, after having realized the cancer that is my (initially favorite) class. The only counterplay KFM has against a SIN is to turn their camera and sweep at the start to knock the SIN out of stealth, but then it's all downhill.

With BMs I can deflect their Throw Dagger while they're invis, so it gives me a little more breathing room, but it's still dumb as shit.

I genuinely feel sorry for everyone I dumpstered on my SIN adventures. I thought it was because of personal skill, but all it was is memorizing KR combos and being an almost-permanently invisible cunt. I feel like shit after that, so I have to repent. Thus, I'll pick the two weakest classes in the current patches and work my way back up with them.

I currently have a 100% hit rate with it vs Assassins on my KFM, but I'm still almost guaranteed to lose against them. Literally every Assassin up to Plat is predictable as fuck, at-least for the first 30 seconds of the fight. Then you start forgetting the cooldowns on their stuns, tab and switch, and it all goes to shit.

By seemingly unavoidable, do you mean they just press 1 and dash at you, and you take it? Or that they switch then 1. Either way, that's pretty much what it is. My standard gimmicky shit that I do against Assassins is turn camera, sweep, use c to dash (I have it specced for immunity, not the daze, because it seems to help fight the cancer matchups better, practically guarantees a stun off the dash, and vs Dest/LBMs it means I can guarantee the sweep on their spins rather than getting the daze version of it resisted), CC them off it if you get to the last two ticks because a good Sin will decoy it and guarantee the decoy. If they decoy early, you'll keep dashing and break the stealth. They'll tab. Then you backstep. You'll either end up avoiding the switch or the stun. If you resist the switch, counter the dash they want to use. If you resist the dash, just do whatever you want because you still have ~4 seconds before their decoy is up and their tab is currently down. Their retreat will still be up, so keep that in mind.

I basically just flowchart vs Assassins and this always works. I've yet to see an Assassin that it doesn't work on unless I've fought them multiple times already, in which case they're forced to actually learn how to play the game rather than resort to the same shit each match because they know it works vs people who want to play fair classes.

I'll still get fucked the second they get into a stealth after all this, though, because fair and balanced gameplay mechanics.

Uh, that was completely for you as a KFM player.

If by that you mean you don't know what their '1' is, it's a dash that stuns you on a 30 second cd. They can spec for other things, but no one ever does except super high-tier Koreans that know exactly what they're doing and know how to do combos far better than any NA player.

Other things listed were their 'tab', ie. their escape skill from any CC, their 'switch' which is the non-cc'd tab from a distance, and 'decoy' is the skill that lets them avoid a skill you throw at them, teleports them behind you, and places them invisible.

C can be specced for either daze or immunity. The daze version applies daze every time you hit them, just like every other class' version, and the immunity one does as it says. The final stage of the immunity tree gives you immunity for another second after it finishes, which gives you some nice leeway. You also heal like 2% for every evade during this, as well as some healing for the damage you deal, but it's negligible. Both trees are far from useless, though. The first one is a good setup for classes that aren't complete cancer, or for a decent chance to instantly knockup if you don't want to combo for whatever reason. The second is for the cancer.

It's not guaranteed evade, and the skill nor the buff say anything about it off the top of my head (not in game to check), but I've noticed that my evade chance is way higher during ~the first second of stealth after decoy. I wouldn't be surprised if there's a hidden modifier that doubles your evasion rate, or something.
