No idea, I wasn't planning on it because after doing pics like these I realized it makes me feel like a hack. Never mind that it brings out the worst in my perfectionist tendencies - just now I deleted the old file and reuploaded a new one because I couldn't stand an odd angle. These things need context. THAT is why Weaver posting a few comics of Mangle finding new, creative ways to strip Michelle down and video tape the evidence before throatfucking her is FAR more arousing than his Bonnie with well, a vagina I guess. Buildup and a reason these events could actually happen.

Lewds that are tailored to fit the universe they are from will always appeal more than any others, even the most well drawn and shaded lewd of any character will often be overshadowed by MS Paint level shit IF said shit keeps the tone of the source.

I did like that Bonnie was giggling and in Rugrat's pic, that Chica looked kind of uncomfortable and out of her element, but for lewd to work you REALLY have to dig deep into what makes the source content, even if it's your own content, find what makes it likable, and work lewd into it.

Of course, that's just my philosophy on lewd, not some All Knowing Guide of Fuckery or anything, what appeals to me (30 pages of buildup, character development through fucking, etc) could just as easily be the exact thing that turns people AWAY from my smut because they just want sexy boobs and pussy. And in all honesty I can not hold that against someone.

Thank you very much for taking the time to write this. I do agree with you completely that story and background greatly enhances the appeal. However, being relatively new to this board, my knoledge of each OC and their characters is very limited. I did try to capture rugratsanon Bonnie personality with her facial expression. Her snout is long, I'll agree. I was moving it around in every position but there really is no way around it without taking away from the character design. Over time I'm sure I'll learn more about each character and be able to incorporate more of their story into my future lewds.

But for now I've got to work on my next story time. I've got alot of ideas for the story and I don't want to forget them.

That's actually some really strong improvement. The only advice i can give you to try to 'sculpt' your characters. Dont focustoo much on the outline. Start off with just loose lines and blobs. Slowly erase what doesnt belong. Eventually you will train your minds eye to see what does and does not belong to the figure. Youll quickly see even more improvement. hope to see more from you. Don't ever quit.

Anyways, for a real answer, nothing's changed since I was last asked a week and a half ago.

GQ is still really low on the priority list. Got two games to work on, BonQuest (which doesn't have 20 sessions to log and modify for archives sake before I can even attempt a finale) is something I really want to continue and will see continuation first, Le Cauchemar is huge on my mind lately (though I'm taking a gap before chapter 3, some responses anon said about how seedy Timmy is is having me rethink his character a bit) and beyond that, I'm working on a few commissions and drawing things I enjoy, like Nightmarionne and FNAFworld stuff. Preparing the finale for GQ pales in comparison to the work that'd be required to prepare the thread for the finale of GQ, I learned that the hard way with session 20.

Beyond that, the thread already has a quest going, ClosedQuest, having two quests going on (three for when BonQuest starts happening again) would be major overkill. I also just got back from vacation and will straight up admit: I've forgotten so much shit about the final session it's not even funny. An attempt at a finale now would be hilariously awful.

Plus thanks to real life I'm lucky to get 2-3 hours dedicated to the thread alone tops, and that includes time to read and see other peoples' creations. And that's not even getting started on FNOSO.

Rugrats here, I agree with the sentiment as those are things I too appreciate seeing in lewds, although I'm iffy about whether writing context around them is applicable to what I want to do. I don't consider any lewd I may or may not make in the future as a part of my series. In my main line of comics, the animatronics will never fuck; nobody is going to fuck Chica, Toy Bonnie will never directly/graphically suck somebody's dick, Bonnie is never going to fill some boyfriend's condom full of Icyhot and Mike is never going to drunkenly spoon Foxy or whatever. If I make any lewds, they will all be out of place just by being what they are. I don't have an interest in focusing on them, so if I do any in the future they will just be one-offs by design.

There is no context for Chica standing around cross-armed with her ass turned to us while Foxy shouts a pirate pun, probably about booty. No canonical reason at all for her to find herself in that position. People wanted chicken-ass and I obliged because I didn't realize how intensely people wanted smut of my characters; I felt like I should take some responsibility and I thought it would make them happy. It has no reason to exist except that I caved in to pandering and I didn't feel like further legitimizing it in the form of a comic or writing. It's good advice, but I feel like giving a story or a comic for what is at heart just soft-core smut made for such transparent and shallow reasons would be pretentious of me. No doubt, anons would probably find them better or more tasteful if I made the extra effort, but I feel like trying to rationalize and justify the creation of something like lewds would just be a facetious attempt to make what I did look more thought-provoking than it actually is or the intent behind them for more creative reasons than what they were intended.

Yeah, that is the thing with lewds in your verse, which is largely spooky/comedic. It's not really built around sexual tension (Weaver's verse, while never explicit until a few weeks ago, did tie suggestiveness to it from the start with Bonnie's hips, masturbating with pizza sauce, etc) So incorporating sexual elements without it coming off as pandering is difficult. Would be like if Snax brought the Burlesque verse in out of nowhere and tried to play it largely as a straight up horror, would feel stilted.

And I'm sure all the anon here know the amount of work you already put into your universe, and with how surreal it is, no one expects you to go and make full comics to justify making porn of your designs to satisfy anon thirst.

What you did, in my eyes, while not that titillating because I'm a plot guy, was cute, got a sensual edge from your Chica, and was cool to see. Bombay's designs were great too, but again, I think the large source of thirst for your designs is the goofy greentext 'what ifs', something simple images can't really capture, and that's fine too. I admit I'm the facetious type who will go and make a pornographic story of Unit .2 and write it off as noncanon because I am that kind of person who loves making porn, even of things that it doesn't always makes sense.

BUT at the same time, I'm also the kind of person who despite making all kinds of rules, doesn't really take uniformity of my universe all that seriously.

Fun as it can be, drawing lewds makes me feel like a fish out of water, that's why I'd rather leave it up to anyone else. I have no problem with lewds, or even drawing them. Drawing Chica this way was fun and I actually liked taking the time to further my knowledge on drawing anatomy when looking for fixes for my first draft. I was pleased to see that other people liked it. It's not even because it was made to sate anon thirst, I see them as fans of mine nonetheless and I feel like I should still provide for them and it would be disingenuous to say that Chica hasn't always been a bit of a tease with her underboob. What I disliked about what I did and why I said I felt like a hack earlier for doing it was because I felt like my response to the demand was poorly executed. I'm a huge stickler for quality in both what I draw and in concept, and what Ghost said hits home a bit in that I feel like good lewds need build up and context, which is what I did not do.

I feel the same way about every comic I've made that has exposition or brings up details of characters' pasts; not that it was done, but because I felt like they were all done clumsily and poorly. Sorry if I've come across as a whiny bitch lately, if any more lewds are made in the future they won't have this much wangst and melodrama.
