I am starting a fresh story save and I want to do a lot of optional side story shit before I push the story too fast. Who should I main, Michael or Franklin? Should I switch to Trevor when he arrives in the story?

I am favoring Franklin because of the dog being insanely useful for things like finding goodies, but I hate BlueStacks and the iFruit app so I am intending to use a save editor to max Chop's happiness and be done with it. On the other hand, while I like Franklin, sometimes other characters have more entertaining dialog with random events.

Players are thirsty as fuck for new content. After Low1 and Halloween dropped, literally hours later players were bored. Slasher kept many of us entertained for a while but the novelty wore off after a week or so. Running back mode was fun for about 30 minutes, the average amount of time it took to play all 3 of them. I think they should make longer missions.
And just make them possible to win in many ways.
And take out the "no one can die" shit. I'm not complaining about not gittin gud, but that it takes a lot of the fun out of a GTA game, if you cannot die from something funny or non-meta.

It kills this game that it is such a mindless grindfest, or an empty freeroam.
The special game modes are de facto not /fun/. Other more focused games do better in their respective gamemodes.

There are awards for tons of mini games that haven't shown up in the game yet like pool and poker. I really hope the apartments update gives us these options. In between Heists playing cards or darts in a friends apartment would actually make sense. They could throw together a Righteous Slaughter mini game playable PvP style on the tv. It's getting to the point though where something NEEDS to be announced. Almost every lobby is either a free roam wide grief fest or afk city. The outlook is grim right now but if the leaks are true the new content needs to drop sooner than later.
