It would be strange for the outside to be sped up because it means the entire world is affected by some sort of spell whereas Tokyo being slowed down means just that area is under a spell. PSN DDS has this weird audio lag and frame lags when in cutscenes, sometimes the scene jitters while in cutscenes.

PSN Nocturne/Lucifer's Call safely only has some lag in the demon fusion cutscene, which you'll probably skip 99.9% of the time.

What's going on, /smtg/? I was hoping that you guys could help me with deciphering the "Overworld Battle" theme lyrics from SMT Nocturne. So far, I have the first verse of it, which I hear as "Are we left here to suffer?" and the third verse being "To take back from our hearts." I can't make out what the second and fourth verses are saying. Any help would be appreciated. I'm using this info for a college paper that may or may not be required in the future. Well, strength for hero, int for heroine, be careful with the enemies that suck levels out of you (vampire) they appear later in the game though (Mazurka), explore every dungeon since NPCs give you a lot of info. I grinded a bit for the final dungeon, it's kind of hard and has a lot of rooms so prepare to get a little frustatred when you get there.

I can't get past Kodokuwhatshisname in Soul Hackers. I once managed to beat him and get past to the battle against Minatou, but that was after all my demons got wiped out. Am I underleveled or what? He wipes half of my party easily with his Ultimate Laser spam.
