RB1 is basically a refinement of everything that worked in Victory, so if you enjoyed RB1, RB3 will definitely be to your liking.

FFF is abit of a different beast. It's not a bad game, but it's more serious in tone by virtue of the setting. Also, personally speaking I don't like how the Weapon Points system worked, and regular combat gets tedious after awhile.
