There's a certain appropriateness to the best weapon in a game about killing horrid beasts and eldritch abominations being a buzzsaw on a stick.

Why slash or smash when you can saw?

Though yeah, this thing is pretty damn broken. Pizzacut Orphan and you pretty much stunlock him until you're out of stamina, even in his second phase.

The fact its regular moveset is also great makes its power stand out even more. High range, running lunges and pokes, fast wide swinging 1H mode.

It's the weapon that just keeps on giving.

Shame i didn't really get to play and test out her moves and fuck her u 1v1 like i did gerhman, but im not taking any chances with these dlc bosses.

Good stategy tips for Marie:

Equip the following runes:
BLOOD RAPTURE for visceral attacks refilling your health
OEDON WHITE for restocking bullets when you visceral her
FADING LAKE OR ONE OF THE GRET LAKES for damage reduction
RADIENCE for recover when she hits you unexpectedly

You can literally viceral her inot her second phase the moment you walk thru the fog once you figure out the timing to parry so she shouldnt even touch you in the first phase except for accidents

Phase 2 gets a bit tougher as her range is extended,but her attack are the same and can be viseceralled, but be careful cause she will try and hit you from further away now

Phase 3
Before she enters phase 3 she will do 2 AOE attacks that is basically a blood version of GODS WRATH

When she does this she has fore attacks that will pop up after her blood attacks meaing you have to switch up your timing when it comes to dodging and countering

I got really luck during phase 3 and all my shots were dead on and i parried her ass to death cause she didnt start going ham on me like she did the previous times.

All of her moves can be parried with the exception of the Blood AOE attacks and the jumping slash(similar to what gerhman does but it cause an explosion around her when she lands when she stats coming down simply back step to avoid double backstep for fire mode cause i though i saw an extra explosion in tha mode but not sure)

the chalice dungeons would be fine if it was just the regular story ones and you didnt need to go into 50 siderooms for like 5 materials every 2 layers. and when you've finished lyhll then there should be certain enemies that drop whatever gem in a final dungeon. Also a 15% penalty instead of fucking 30% would be nice. Also no bell maidens.

So in order to farm chalice dungeons I will have to first progress into the main ones until I obtain the chalice for the one I want then I input the code for the dungeon and kill the boss/hunter that drops the gem. What then? Do I just remove the chalice and then put it back again so I have to redo the whole dungeon until I get to my intended target?

What kind of gems do I want for my Kos Parasite anyway?

Honestly the only reason why I level endurance is because I hate having my stamina bar be so disproportionate to my HP bar. Like I really don't need more than 10 end worth of stamina. but I'll go up to like 20-25 anyways.
