How does tessa's fist actually make you do more damage? It just says it quadruples durability, which I havn't noticed doing any effect, my shit still breaks to one deathclaw.

Evening chaps, I'm going to go for a Rick Deckard playthrough since I got bored with my original one and try my best to make his face in the creator, but I was wondering if any of you would have some suggestions for the SPECIAL and perks?

All I've figured so far is that he should have pretty high E and P because he takes a huge beating in the film and also is a detective and does Voight-Kampff tests, but I can't decide on how to balance the numbers out.

Now get back out there and cross this surprisingly small map that mostly looks the same; you're either in a city or you're in the wilderness and aside from that it's the same shit.

Bullet sponge is mainly an issue in early levels if you only invest in utility skills (crafting, lockpicking, hacking, things like that). Putting an early point or three in a weapons perk goes a long way.

What's the best non-automatic rifle in the game? I've invested heavily in rifleman, crit-based perks etc.

The Minutemen or the Railroad might conceivably offer those things, the problem is that they're so one note you don't even know what their long term plans for Boston are or what they think beyond muh peasants/synths.

How do the Minutemen see government working once the Institute is gone? What the fuck do the Railroad think about anything beyond synths and the BoS? I mean they seem like good people, but then neither express any opinion about anything so they could absolutely love the ideals of the Legion for all the information that is presented.

I personally get not bother with AGI on my heavy weapons character. You would be better off spending points in CHA or END.

I have the laser gat and if I have to reload I generally do it before combat. Fully upgraded you won't have to worry about reloading during a fight. 500 rounds plus the amount of damage is more than enough for any one fight.

Anyone have settings that I can use to run this game on way past low settings? Even on Low the game framerates like shit in combat or in any area with spotlights.

I've used some mods that decrease textures but every time I get towards anything with a lot of detail I go down to 1 frame every 5 seconds.
