what servers have the most fluid speed and response times?

I'm not asking "What servers are good" I'm asking "What servers feel fast and responsive". I know it's not really a possibility with byond, but some servers do it better than others.

/vg/ is actually pretty decent, all things considered, until highpop "FEATURES" start happening.
I know hippy is pretty good because I've heard that they actually went out of the way to rent an unusually high tick rate server when compared to the average ss13 server.
