To back while stealthed, it needs to be level 4 at least in rank to have you be stealth during the whole back time, other wise the stealth ends part way through. To get it to work, you have to start backing after casting the ability, but before you enter stealth.
Building BoRK early lets you do lane trades much more safely because you have a heal tool. Don't be afraid to exchange autos with the enemy ADC, even if they hurt a bit more you sustain much better.
Avoid getting creep agro when stealthing, their attack damage still resets the stealth delay timer.
Learning to properly auto and walk is the biggest deal with Twitch, it is the closest thing to kiting you have and you'll need to learn it to avoid dieing.
When you ult, stand still and just shoot. Don't try to side step or anything unless you need to, other wise you'll miss out on vital DPS.
If you are comfortable ulting during an engagement or fight, DO IT. Do not hold back. Using it last second is almost meaningless.
Avoid using Expunge at anything but max stacks. Whenever you get to use it max stacks on an enemy champion, watch the damage numbers. it is good to keep in mind how much your expunge will do depending on your build and time of game for the sake of securing kills.
Mid game you can easily pick off squishies if you aren't behind by stealthing near them and going all out. Do not just stand on top of them. The best distance varies form champion to champion.

If you're behind waves autopush to your base, so you are forced to babysit your towers harder because you cant set up pushes out. The minions only get buffed vs other minions though, so siege isn't actually stronger. The autopush means that the ahead team gets denied pretty much all lane exp and the behind team gets more of the lane exp and can't be frozen against. The ahead team has a temporary opportunity to make a multi-lane play when multiple lanes hit the behind team's base, but the exp will rubberband harder if they can't close the game out.

tl;dr Easier to end quickly with a lead but faster rubberbanding if you can't

I tried out Quinn top after the "rework", not sure what to think of her now. She can really shit out damage if you do her rotations right, but the ult being a channel means you get absolutely buttfucked if their jungler actually shows up, also the fact that her Q doesn't blind is pretty bad since I always picked her into jungle Yi matchups. Basically it seems they made her into a worse Tryndamere for splitpushing.

Anyway, I checked probuilds and it seems a lot of people are building essence reaver on her. Why is this? Is it just for the CDR? I don't really get it, do you usually run out of mana? Why would you not build BotRK or BT over it, is 10% CDR really worth it?
Also, why isn't triforce core on her, it seems to be a pretty good fit for her kit.

Ult is mana hungry as fuck pre-11, and CDR is pretty good on her. Building ER into another crit item gives good damage, and you can spam E and Q to make up for W and R not being terribly combat relevant. Lower W cooldown is great for seeing ganks incoming, and chasing people into the jungle (someone runs, you ult, follow them, and W to see which way the went).

Also, play her mid. As long as the jungler doesn't show up right after you use your E you can be pretty safe (see also, CDR for lower E cooldown). E can interupt dashes, so it's hard to jump you unless they're Yi. W passive procs let you run all over the lane for safety as well.
