What kind of storyline would you find most interesting in a Fallout game? I'd want to see either war between the Western, Midwestern, and Eastern BoS.

Western technohermits, Splinter dictators, and Lyon's Pride white-knights fuckmaxson in a three way war over Chicago or Denver. If the games are going to be full of heavy weapons and power armor, might as well make them that way for a reason.

Have a full on war over ideology where it could come out as one victor, two team up against one, or the BoS is reunited against all odds.

What is the deal with the power armor in this game. I mean what the fuck. I am pretty early into the story (rescuing Nick now from Skinny), i did some random quests and entered random locations along the way, I'm running everywhere in PA, got 60 cores and 8 power armors, including full t60 set i found ind some military building. If this is possible, why not just make it like it was in earlier games, entering/leavingall the time is anoying while crafting or using some terminals.

One of the biggest checkboxes in the "Institute is retarded" checklist is the fact that no-one in the Institute seems to be aware of just how sentient and self-aware the Synths they make are. Heck Nick Valentine is an aging prototype and even he is a shining example of real human drive and emotional conflict in a machine.

What is that weird double pistol whip attack that human enemies will often do that executes you from like half health despite doing no damage?

I was clearing out an area of ghouls, snuck in, blitz two ghouls and ran like fuck away from the glowing one and another normal ghoul before they could beat my ass. This is a complete guess but if the game's calculating melee executes anything like Skyrim did then it's probably doing the ol' one-shot thing.

In Skyrim if the damage done by an attack would kill you BEFORE damage reduction it would apply the "chance this attack is a kill-move" dice roll. If the chance procs then the attack just kills with the animation right then and there without bothering to do damage-reduction calculations.

That's why in Skyim you always get one-shot by mobs with low-hp high armor builds because if the damage a kill-move would do if you had 0 armor would kill you, you die and it ignores the >9000 armor you actually have.

Whenever I place a grenade while pickpocketing the enemy, it just places a grenade there. It doesn't go off or anything, NPC just has a grenade in inventory. Tried it on guards in Diamond City, regular people, the vendors.
