I don't know what's going on anymore. I'm old and jaded and generally hate videogames these days but for some reason I'm having quite a blast with this. I mean it's got glaring flaws and there's fuck all content but I guess I'm just a sap for the audio visual experience.

The other day I was playing Supremacy on Hoth, and there was one fucker who was literally invincible. Like, myself and 4 other dudes were magdumping into him point blank and his health didn't drop ever. Went 40 and 0 before I just quit.

As someone who was a pretty good pilot in BF4 I can't stop fishtailing and over-correcting with the flight mechanisms in battlefront.

I've set my sensitivity to 7%, rebound sharp turning and shit to my keys. But I still wobble and wiggle all around my quarry whenever I'm trying to aim.

This is such a stark contrast to my ability to smoothly lead my target and bring them down in a single burst with battlefield jets.

And it's even worse in 1st person mode, which is balls because I prefer the experience of a cockpit even if it does handicap me.

I was hackusated yesterday for "God mode". because I was 20/1 in Drop Pod, the guy literally kept bitching for 3 straight games after that about how I was turning my hacks on and off lol

It's easy to spot real hackers, but it's apparently also easy for complete fucking idiots to be able to use chat and call hacks for literally no reason other than they suck. This guy was sitting on the edge of the map, crouching, with a T21-B. He was literally bottom of the board everytime. Hackusations can lead to banning and being kicked for no reason other than being better than an admin most times.

Granted, on Battlefront that can't happen, but other games have server admins and hosted servers. I've been kicked and banned by many admins in my time, as well as my buddy who has actually been outright banned from games.

The problem is casuals literally not knowing what's going on, it's pure ignorance that spreads and gets "good" players in trouble.

Again though, not saying hackers don't exist, just saying most hackusations are false.

People bitch to bitch. I think the game is fine. It has a few little sniggles that need some work but if you compare this to Battlefield games "which you shouldn't but huehue it's DICE so it must be compared" it's a great launch, it's great balance, and it's great fun.

Only a few things need tweaks, DL-44 is pretty damn strong, Impacts should not one hit kill unless they HIT the person, 90 or even like 95% damage is fine within the radius. Other than that, game is fine, fun, and fucking good looking.

Oh, and remove Space Vietnam.
