I'm of the opinion that it's better to buff everyone to be as good as the top tiers than to nerf the top tiers to be as average as the mid tiers.
A lot of top tiers have options that let them play in their own fun way, while low tiers are really one dimensional because they don't have any good options. It'd be fun if every character could "play" the game rather than waiting for their opponent who's "playing" the game to mess up.

I find that just part of playing Bowser. Super easy to juggle, gimpable, easy to punish, end-lag but hits like a truck, great defense options and decent neutral. Of course you're right it would help for him to get something but I'm pretty happy how Booze is except some reverting for some of his moves to Brawl attacks.

Close, the gyro is really ROB's only way to get out of the corner. I'd recommend keeping it in hand as often as possible and using it as a punish to take back stage control. ROB can't turtle up that well against ZSS so he has to actually force her into the corner to have any chance. See 8BitMad vs Nairo game 1. Most of ROB's offensive options are kinda slow but that Gyro has to be respected.

But really, desu, jigg's aerial mobility isn't enough to punish ZSS' frame data and range. And ZSS never has to approach since she has Nair and Zair and really only Villager can air2air her and win. You can call out those options with an approaching air dodge>aerial but Jiggly's air dodge is hot garbage, as bad as Dededes. Your small body lets you get under a few of her aerials but your grounded approaches are even worse. thanks to the second slowest run speed and no good specials for the occasion. At the very least, Dash attack has an invincible head for a few frames. I hate being on that side of the matchup, there are so few positives for the puffball that it's almost sad. Take after Serynder yesterday. Don't approach. Only punish over commitments.

This, my main issue with Mewtwo is that Mewtwo isn't fun to play for me for many reasons. Being the second lightest character in the game while also being one with some of the largest hurtboxes is completely bad design, Mewtwo does have some neat tricks and really good kill power. But all offense and no defense doesn't really work well in a mainly defensive game.

Can you even be too attached to a character when you honestly just want to see them back in the next game? And if they don't, what's wrong with expecting them to make a return in the NEXT one? Arguing and believing that a character will never have a chance to make it is a mentality people can have far too much of because it actually detracts from the main draw of the games in the first place.

Real talk time. In Luigi vs fast fallers, when Luigi combos end at mid to upper-mid percents, Luigi's really need to start the fireball pressure instead of running in for another aerial/grab. It is leagues safer and possibly has potential to be the real stock ender. Watching Luigi's get hit with reversals/miss out on a game ending move because they thought they had good enough run speed is infuriating.

It isn't a specific game, that's the point. If you're playing a match that actually means something then you're more than likely playing lame. It's just in some cases it's more obvious than others or it's that people have a predetermined idea what lame play is(typically characters with more than 1 projectile are thought of this way).

Smash 4 minus might make Smash 4 a better game, but people will still play it lame.
