No. I have a BS in EE and one in ME. Depending on the business climate I could be working multiple contracts at once. As it is right now, not many defense contracts are being let and companies are lowballing each other to win the ones that do get let. That level is pay is appropriate for the work I'm doing. Job doesn't really matter, you could essentially get a group consisting of 8 DPS when you get Seal Rock. You can change jobs with no skill cooldown/penalty in the instance, so for as far as I know, your job doesn't matter. The main reason it takes so long is because people just aren't that interested in PvP.

That's only really a factor if you're looking at like the top 10 for your class or whatever, and even then you can easily filter it by party composition and look a little more deeply into the fight's data to see if one person got to inflate their numbers or got lucky with mechanics, and can even filter it down to specific portions of a fight where none of that stuff applies and compare two logs directly to see at which points one person was doing more damage than another, or whatever.
