I got the aids quest immediately after finding the girl's cat but when I got to the terminal door it wouldn't open so I had to console my way through to finish it. But I checked to see if it was a common problem and apparently vault 81 bugs range from never even being able to open the vault door to vats fucking breaking and everything stopping.

I liked Wild Wasteland because they were optional references that were cleverly placed.
