They basically changed a lot of the story to be that you're a good guy doing good deeds instead of how it actually is where you're on a murderous revenge rampage because some evil guys killed your family and teacher and stuff.

They also just arbitrarily decided that time travel is stupid and cut it from the story in just the NA version.

Treat the spins like a bm block. The first .5s will stun you. At the very end of their animations you can throw out attacks and it will work on them but at the very end of the animation they can spin again causing the stun if you do attack. It also costs them 1 chi or 15 rage/1 bar to use so they can't do it forever. It does refill when you hit them while they're doing it though.

You were misinformed. It got held back because they decided to scrap the work they were doing three years ago to focus on Wildstar and Guild Wars 2 for the West.

Of course, when that went to shit, the game had almost 3 years worth of patches to catch up on and a complete revamp of Act 4, so they basically said 'fuck it' and started over in late 2014.

By the time it's released over here on January 15th the NA/EU version will have had a little over a year's worth of work done on it.

To go full 4kids they would have had to remove all references to killing, taken out all swears, and generally Flanderized the thing to hell and back.

The Necropolis section is still exactly the same as it's always been, every major character death works exactly the same way as it always has, and they do in fact drop some harsh language every so often (though naturally, coming from a Korean source, this doesn't happen nearly as often as you might think it would).

It's cute that you guys are willing to go boycott over this thing, but at least cool it on the hyperbole before you go full retard.

Don't know if you're taking the piss or not, but that entire storyline was already cut from the Korean version because of poor public reception and probably because they figured it would cost way too fucking much to maintain two entirely separate storylines.
