What should I do next? Army is pretty weak (Germany could easily kick my teeth in), and air force non existant. Currently a war going on in China but I cant get involved due to guarantees and NAPs.

Alright lads, I made some extra events for the EIC. This is the event that happens if you barely do any expansion for some reason. This is the "easiest" version I guess. If the EIC accepts their terms, they lose some land for a buffer state. Next I'm going to make the event for the average conflict, which should be a bigger war, with a bigger cost for peace

I'm also thinking about removing the event for the Spanish to turn into Cuba because of Cuban Phillipines which is pretty stupid desu. I'm also going to move some Spanish pops to Cuba to simulate escape to that area

No clue. I downloaded the game yesterday and it worked but not much more than that. Everything within it was fucked. downloaded the complete mod from the OP just now and it actually seems like a game now. Anyways don't try to industrialize until your literacy is pretty decent, around 40%. Build factories corresponding to what you produce a lot of. Grain? Liquor factories. Coal? Even better, glass and cement. Fruit? Wine. Subsidize and watch yourself go bankrupt as the UK goes to war. Congratulations, you've industrialized.

I have a few questions about DH, specifically Kaiserreich.

In terms of German strategy, should I put all of my IC into Consumer Goods and try to rush them down to ~5% to maximize my IC as quickly as possible, or do I want to put a minimum of like 20 IC or something into Production to try getting more INF divisions out?

Second, how does fleet comp work? In a trial game I did earlier, I played as Germany and the UK fucked my fleets up just by having like 50 ships to a fleet, with a bunch of mixed capitals. Is that a valid strategy? Does mixing carrier/capital ships not suck in DH like it does in HOI3?
