Iwamoto's mangas? They'll probably never get an official translation as much as I'd like to see that. There was also Irregular Hunter X by Shigeto Ikehara, which is what Maverick Hunter X loosely was based off of if I'm not mistaken.

Shigeto Ikehara had an entire Classic Series based on the style of Astro Boy.

There was also Koji's mangas. We didn't get Rockman 8 but I believe theres a translation fo Rockman 10 Extra F and Tanjou has a partial translation of Rockman and Forte.

There was a few manhuas too (Manhua is the word used for Chinese mangas) The battle and chase manhua was translated on by tanjou but there's no translation of the X5 manhua or the rockman DASH mahua.

This is exactly how I knew I would feel about the MMZ manga after reading the manga description when I first found out about it.

They can float in the air and talk. They can also keep super secret passwords but suck absolute balls at hacking defense when they're on life support mode. Even their talking can be suppressed, apparently.

All of them except for Model A and Model W were made by the Commander(obviously Ciel), but they've been pretty vague about what they actually ARE. I'm of the opinion that since they lack memories and Model X is not any different from the other models, they are only copies/approximations of the archetypes and don't secretly hold their cyber-elves.

I think it was just a matter of cultural significance. They used EC as currency for so long that they kept using it even after it stopped having practical function. Maybe at some point it was phased out in favor of Zenny, probably around the time they set up the infrastructure for Carbons.

I don't have the official lore, but basically humans underwent robotization while reploids underwent humanization. I think Ciel was the first to undergo the procedure.

The controversial part of the new laws were about the hardcap placed on reploid lifespans and their limitations in strength to further enforce equality. This is why Megaman are so dangerous despite possibly still being weaker than Elf War era weapons.

He wanted to reset the world. Also if he got a sequel it would have detailed what happened to the data of X, Zero and all the other biometals. It's vaguely implied that their preservation may have had something to do with Ragnarok, at least that's what I gathered from the creation of Model W. Pic related is from hard mode's ending so Aeolus, Thetis, Atlas and Siarnaq would have been returning characters and he may have had help from Master Albert.

Master Mikhail was the only one of the sage trinity not on board with any of this. His fate is unknown but there are two possibilities. 1)He was killed or 2) He manages to escape with his life and helps the main protagonist of the game.

So I'm seeing that Thomas mostly had a problem with the human-reploid integration. It certainly IS rather unnatural and a form of stagnation, but there's way too many meanings to the term "reset".

I think it's safe to say that he intends to remove the limiters placed on humans and reploids, but there are too many methods to do so. We don't even know for sure if he wants humans and reploids to be different, or if they all just need to "progress"


I'm betting that the Megamen will become boogiemen that terrorize the populace and force them to defend themselves. Conflict and destruction all over the world will force them to acknowledge both that Megamen exist and that they can't only rely on the MCs/Guardian.

Come to think of it, ZX Online would have worked a hell of a lot better than the premise for Rockman Online. It would have the character customization aspect. We could easily say that these weaker biometals are mass produced. It'd be better than say "mass produced main characters"

I actually had a backstory for Solen getting her hands on a Model V than may or may not be one of a kind or at the very least not very many copies of it existing. She wasn't in compliance with the laws regarding reploid expiration dates, which actually weren't enforced until the Sage Trinity formed Legion after the events of the first game.

I just realized I never put much though into what Solen looked like until now. She looks almost nothing like Vile and looks more like Nova (minus the ears) though she inherited a lot of Vile's personality traits. In the X era she takes on a child like appearance and wears a dress. After her mom dies in the Zero era she turns mercenary and takes on a tomboyish appearance. And in the ZX Era she changes her hair to either dark blue, purple or green (can't decide which but it's a reference to Vile's armor colors throughout the series.)

Metal Gear Solid and Mega Man X have a lot of plot similarities.

A game in which a specially engineered super-soldier must stop a rebellion staged by old members of his unit, who are all named after an animal (octopus, et al) and possess different weapons. His fight will take him to a secret enemy base where his sword-wielding friend will sacrifice himself to stall for time against an enemy utilizing a bipedal battle robot.

For lots of people, the 3D just doesn't work well, the voice acting is kinda bad, and I hate what they did to X's character. The glide armor sucks. Sigma has crotch lazers. Well I just beat the opening stage, playing with a keyboard sucks so I need my controller which I dont have around atm, with X8 I didnt have that problem I can play that with a keyboard just fine.
The only real flaw so far is that the characters should walk a bit faster in 3D mode but Im dashing all the time anyways so is not a big deal.
