Cu isn't a flashy gimmicks Servant like Karna or Herakles, but he has very good stats, a collection of excellent skills, proficiency in magic, a cheap-cost NP that is highly deadly, and as stated he's one of the fastest Servants. He isn't the undisputed godwank Servant but he is extremely reliable and well rounded. In Prototype he's even capable of winning against Berserker and Saber Alter in a 2 on 1 fight.

While killing him is exceptionally difficult, the point is that he has issues securing kills of his own. Cu is also extremely hard to kill (Battle Continuation, Restart, Rune Barrier that can halt noble phantasms, incredible battle skill) but also has the most efficient of killing talents making him an exceptional servant.
They're both A rank in different degrees.

Everyone thought clearing the shop in the Halloween event would be difficult, but it wasn't. I think Getting max Nobunaga will be easier than everyone expects it to be.

People seem to be saying that Honnouji points won't be farmable but I can't see it written anywhere in the original event text. My guess would be that you get points from completing quests (which will be repeatable) and the Tea Ceremony items will be dropping at random from enemies.
