If you want a second copy without the PS3 patch so you can view the h-scenes, just copy the whole (unpatched) game to another folder before you patch it so that you have a 2nd install, and then do the same thing as before but just install the 1.05 interface patch at the end instead of the ps3 patch.

You can only install it from the installer once, any other time you run the installer it will just try to repair it and you need to jump through a bunch of hoops to fully delete everything and start over, so don't fuck up, I would recommend making a backup of the base game after you install it before you start patching anything.
