Looks like he's all real buffed(extra effect to skills, guaranteed triple attack) while he has the all the status charges but is hit with stat downs when he has none and his ougi expends all the charges for extra non-elemental damage.

Outside of the every 4 turns thing, he can recover a charge with his third skill.

I've tried downloading potion maker for my bluestacks emulator, but the game keeps freezing at the title screen as the music starts.

It is impossible for a free player to rank in this game, so it is time to quit.

There are a few things that ruins this game:
First, you get only three battle points to use. They recover at a rate of 1 per 30 minutes. So it is a crazy thing if you want to wake up every 90 minutes just to use them (I didn't)
Second, you get very little recovery potions in this game. So you have to buy them to stand a chance.
Sadly, you can't get premium currency for free in this game. So you won't be able to buy the recovery potions you need for the events.
The rare gems (the pseudo premium money you can get from gacha or area completion) are pretty useless. The best you can do is but rare gacha tickets.
About the rare gachas, the rates to get a SR are super low and, if you get one, it will be one of the weaker SR.
Also, the lack of voices in almost every event ruins the experience. You get voices on the main screen, individual scenarios and the first story event when the game begins. 90% of the game dialogue is voiceless.

I don't mind auto battles, but if you can't compete with others players in a fair way, then it takes away all the fun.

Some notes about how this guy works.
You have 3 charges.
-ougi consumes all charges for 333,333 non-elemental damage per charge so max is 999,999.

-Your first skill (water nuke that does a lot of damage) hits twice when it consumes a charge

-Your second skill gives you immunity to attacks and debuffs. Using a charge forces the enemy to attack you as well.

-Third skill restores charges

-Attacking with a charge guarantees a triple attack and consumes one charge. He needs to actually attack for the charge to be consumed so if the turn ends without him attacking a charge will not be consumed.

-You get charges back every 4 turns. However this only happens AFTER the enemies turn, meaning in quests with multiple battles if all the enemies are dead on your recharge turn you will end up skipping it. You will have to wait the full 4 turns again too.

-When you have no charges you hit like a kitten and die fast (I think you deal half damage and take double but I'm not sure exactly) You basically don't do anything apart from die.

Probably one of the best SSRs for new players to reroll for since he can carry hard with his ougi which also makes him fit into any team. You just need to make sure you don't die on charge downtime or end up wasting charge turns.

What makes him good is that he deals 1m damage WITHOUT INVESTMENT.

Meanwhile with other normal, non overpowered characters have their damage based in your attack so you have to grind those magnas to get your weapon pool to somewhere decent and its going to take you a long while to reach the point where you can do 1m with chain burst while that guy just does it as additional damage like its nothing.

I have Altair and Him.
I used Altair's third skill, attack once and then regen all charges with Yoda's third skill.
It's a waste in harder battles but for that it's a free 1 million damage in two turns and the battle is pretty much over then.
And then if it's assault time you can do the same thing in one turn and have another ougi up by the fourth again.

Because Yoda's third skill has a 15 turn cd.
You might as well just wait for the fourth turn instead to ougi and then use it after so you don't lose out on damage or have him get oneshot from having no charges and then have his ougi charged again on his regen turn.
Doing it in two turns is pretty much just popping it for a oneshot wonder and won't get you first place against higher level players in higher level raids.

It really isn't sustainable. When your third skill is on cd(15 turns lel) and you're left without charges in between ougis he pretty much just dies and deals no damage. If you want to use him past that you pretty much need a resurrect skill since going four turns without charges is practically guaranteed death (I've even had him go from full hp to nothing vs fire).
He's still going to do over 2 million damage though with two ougis, so he's still useful in most lineups to just throw in get his damage out and then have whoever you would normally have there take his place.

He scales pretty well actually doing a guaranteed triple attack with charges and with a literal nuke on his first spell. It's just that he runs out of steam after 8 turns provided you used two ougis and refreshed your stacks with your third after the first ougi. You can still hold out on the second if you would rather have some sustained damage which he will do a lot of.

this just popped for my daily 90cc roll.

A nerf did happen once before in gbf.
It was a nerf to the skill that increases atk when low hp.
Before the nerf, even at 100% hp you still get a 10% multiplier from that skill. At that time earth used to be the most OP element in the game (with Ygg bow).
They introduced this nerf a couple days after they rolled out Sara SSR gacha (she also has a passive of this type).
To compensate for the nerf they
- Refund all skill fodders used to feed Ygg bow. For example if you have a sk 4 bow, they'll refund 2+4+6 SR fodders.
- Refund 10% of the crystals/mobacoin (refunded in crystals) used during the Sara's gacha whether you got Sara or not.
