Greed Mode with the Keeper was awesome! I had coin tears! Then I played Isaac D6 to the Chest and had an 8-tear spreading laser shot by floor 3! I'm having fun. Just download the Cheat Engine table from the Cheat Engine forums and make it so donation machines don't jam. It works for Greed Mode. Just don't be a lil bitch boi and put 999 in with Cheat Engine, actually do the runs down to fill it up.

If you didn't get hit immediately just stay still. Imagine the attack as stripes and if you are on the right lane you will not get hit at all. I know it looks scary but it has worked for me. When he changes directions try not to move much and find the safe lane. Just to let you guys know getting to 999 in the greed machine is totally doable if you like playing the game you bought. At first I got all the unlocks done, then I did like 15~ normal greed runs cause I really liked the mechanics and freshness of it. After that I decided to take on the task of getting to 999 and after like 5 breaking runs I got the glowing hour glass + chaos card setup (don't pick up chaos if you want to find glowing hour glass and not 500 breakfast). It took me like 20mins to fill in the rest of the machine with 10 coins per kill. In my honest opinion if you used cheat engine for the greed machine you're a little baby who doesn't like breaking runs. The task was completely doable and felt tedious only if you had no imagination or didn't actually like the core game play of isaac.

I absolutely fail to understand how the fuck you can actually think that Dr Fetus isn't a top tier item. It's a hard 15X increase to damage, it can help keep chaser enemies away unlike Epic Fetus or Ipecac, and it scales to firerate unlike Epic Fetus.
It's not as good as Epic Fetus, sure, but it's a fucking amazing item and can guarantee a win on it's own.

Problem with dr fetus is the fact you need to wait between your shots. It's the only item in the game which kills you if you don't pay attention to your every shot. Not to mention the dozens of enemies and enemy combinations which are a pain in the ass to deal with. Incubus + knife might be fun by it self, but try it with dunce cap, 20/20, inner eye and mutant spider.

Not sure if I had something else that made it completely flip out, but ended up with an incubus with a fan of ~30 stationary knives in 3 layers. Whenever I started charging they disappeared and he acted normal but as soon as I stopped they returned. He also started shooting single knives rapidly in completely random directions even though I did nothing and had nothing visual going on myself. (Basically what you would get with brimstone + moms knife yourself, but it was constant and spread out 360 degrees around him)

Was a pretty quick 109-1000 Greed mode, Ultra greed died instantly if I positioned incubus under him when he fell.

I think there's a ton of weird synergies/bugs to find out about incubus
