Every account has a seed tied to it that gives you a +/- % on drops, most noticeably in the void-and it is dependent on who is hosting. This is because true RNG is hard as fuck to code, and it's easier to just do algebraic equations.

I haven't determined what the % itself is, is if is consistent between loot/areas, and what tables it is pulling from ( does it touch prime parts and material drops the same way ?). I'm still gathering T1/T2 keys to properly test it. If you can even test this shit.

What I can conclude from this is if you are farming for a particular thing in the void and it refuses to drop, have someone else host. It's a chance at a host with a better RNG seed that might make that part drop. (Example: I could not get Trinity Prime systems to drop, but I had a friend of mine host. We proceeded to get Trinity Prime Systems consistently as a reward. This behavior is replicated in different void keys with different loot.)

tl;dr true RNG does not exist, there are weighted values attached to the account of whoever is hosting a match

I actually still do that when I want to level a frame for a forma once in a while... but there's just so little relative reward, even though it's a decent "density" of XP for soloing, and doing that sort of thing really rubs in your face how bad this game's mechanics are

I can't remember them all clearly, but her 1 opens up a wheel menu that allows you to choose what arrow type you want to use for the shot. I think I remember zipline and "pick pocket" arrow, can't remember what the others were.

I made Oberon for mastery so I could hit MR12, but while I was grinding him I unlocked his augments. They actually aren't all that bad (except for the hollowed ground one), and blinding anything that survives slamjam is always a plus and radiation fucks over enemy auras. He's not as bad as everyone says, but he needs some stat changes. His 3 is especially useless because it can't heal NPC allies and its too goddamn slow to be of any use. It draining energy while healing is also bullshit.

Valkyr isn't tanky because of her armour, she's tanky because her 4 makes her literally invincible.
Atlas' armour value gives him 60% damage reduction to his health. That's nice, sure, but it's not gonna save you from seriously high level enemies. The only frame that can legitimately armour tank is Chroma, who can hit armour values of 10-40 THOUSAND when properly built, giving 97-99% damage reduction.
