The fact that his W went from dealing a significant amount of damage by itself to dealing literally nothing LOL HAV 1% MHP PER HIT, throwing on a mana cost when he has mana problems with everything else now, and even reducing the uptime on it (and massively increasing the cooldown early on in lane, PLUS reducing early range, holy fuck they nerfed everything)...

Yes, Kog is shit. There's a reason he has a fucking 40% winrate and it's not because "muh shitters don't know how to build him". If you build onhit you're worthless in the early/midgame, meaning the enemy will roll all over you by 20 minutes and be a constant 3-4k gold lead up on you. You can't even kill towers if you build on-hit. If you build standard AD, you do no damage anyways and your lategame is worse off because you do 55% damage while being unable to kite effectively. Kog lost triforce which is the main reason he was even viable before the rework, Bork was nerfed, his stats were nerfed, his W and R were nerfed. The only things they didn't manage to fuck up were the things they didn't touch. There's no reason to pick him over any of the current cancer picks like Graves, Cait and Corki. There's no reason to pick him over other hypercarries like Vayne or Jinx. This whole "muh 5 attacks per second" is stupid because it renders Kog more immobile than ever, and there is no viable teamcomp that exists where you can load up on 4 supports for Kog and still expect to win. The best protect the Kog comps still had other threats on your team so the enemy COULDN'T just ignore them. Now, no matter what the fuck you do, you just die instantly or do nothing.

league of snowball makes it so if you fuck up and die, you give the team a lead. If you gank and dont get anything out if it you're even more likely to lose. If your laners screw up hard it puts you even further down because they now have an edge in objectives, farm and items.

So instead of people will just opt out of it since even if they do well enough to make an impact it can all go to hell in a hand basket. Especially when your laners start killing the camps you are attacking to keep up.
