I actually tried it out in my Arts team and it isn't terrible. It lets me not worry so much about using the Servant I put it on, and focus more on Arts chaining with the other Servants. I couldn't do that with a CE like the Maids or Halloween Ilya.

Of course, the MO of that team is to blow all the NPs in the same round.
