Well, the Suzu side of Summer's Clover isn't THAT good, it's better than the Hisao side for sure, but I didn't like it very much, and it's short.

I'm not an expert in her, some people are more than me, but I would read the other short stories on Scissorlips's pastebin and also Panda's pastebin. There's also a ongoing, last time I checked at least, story called "Straw - A Dream of Suzu" by brythain, but I found it kind of weird, it seems to be some kind of espionage novel or something. There's also the occasional Anon that writes something and throws in here. I did that myself a time or two, but nothing special.

Like I said, I'm not an expert, so you should ask this again some other time.
But I do like her very very much!

Katawa Shoujo is fine I think. Quirky concept that might get him playing just because it's a bit bizarre, and it's pretty short. Most of the VN's that are really suited to him (by the sounds of things) are far too long.

I'll let you in on a secret; Saki is my favorite character behind Lilly. I don't know what it is, she's just so touching.

I was a huge fan of themocaws Saki route and he inspired how I think of her today; popular, cliquish, sweet on the outside but with a nasty streak. I've written a couple about her (Mean Girls and Whiskey, Saki and Other Spirits) as well as used her in the background of other stories and they're among the stories people most often suggest when someone is looking for Saki fics.

I think some of the problem may be that a lot of people think Lilly is too perfect and there's no conflict in the story, but if you pay attention to the route, you'll realize that her trying to be perfect actually is the conflict and people who criticize the route for those reasons are like Hisao, they bought into her image.

Lilly is no different than the other girls, but she's very adapt at hiding her needs from other people. She wants to be the one everyone can count and rely on but in truth she needs as much care and support as anyone.

Hisao was fooled by her careful mask and this can make Lilly seem distant or detached, but when she lets her true feelings out, she's just as emotional and wants support like everyone else.

I feel the most important thing about being a Lillybro isn't just that we want to be able to rely on Lilly, but that we also want to be strong enough for her to rely on us.

I keep a dream journal and I'm very good at recalling details. I can usually direct my dreams in the way I want them too, but most of the time I'm just 'on the track' until something happens and I want to wake up (in the case of a bad dream) or want to go somewhere else and it's like forcing my way through one dream and into another.

I also frequently have the same dreams multiple times and since I know what is going to happen, I can change the events and make them play out different ways.
