i think i've figured most of it out, just some minor things in js3's guide that i sill haven't learned yet (and this damn clothes i got caught up in are taking awhile to do well enough)
like for example it is possible to make one eyelash morph reference multiple eyelash meshes if you tell it to do so in a file after extracting some of the morph information uses a decryption tool that the japs have.
eh, the really hard part with eyelash editing is mostly just trying to get it to stick to the face without clipping. you can move it around easily enough, you'd be surprised at just how easily it fucking clips though. really fucking announg. you can tell even Illusion got pissed off st this, because if you look carefully there are a few upper eyelids and other meshes that, instead of sticking on the face, they actually stick outwards from the face a bit. they're just floating there.
there's also the annoying problem that illusion morpher can have depending on how many edits you make to an eyelash. it just kind of randomly gives you the middle finger.

I renamed it AA2 install. No the files are corrupted they worked with power iso until it just wouldn't mount the second disk but this won't even mount the first.
