Currently? It doesn't because the game engine doesn't allow it.
What it should say (and do) to work within the HS engine is:

"Battlecry: Discard a minion. Your opponent gains that minion and while it is in their hand the rest of their minions cost 11 more to play."

It's basically forcing your opponent to play a bad card you put in your deck specifically to trigger that legendary, such as Millhouse Manastorm.

Blizzard would never do it, because it requires functions that HS as a game does not currently allow, and it complicates the game in a way that Blizzard wouldn't find healthy.

But that is what the card's writer intended for it to do.

Why do I never draw into my Mill Rogue combo? Is there anything I can do to make the deck more consistent?

Hearthstone is good about letting you queue up the actions you want to do while the animations are happening. You would be able to lay down practice dummy well over 30, or even 60/90 times before end button goes boom.

Quests are 40 - 100 gold a day. You can re-roll your quests if you want one that is easier for you, or one that is valued at more gold. You get 10 gold per three games for up to 100 gold per day. Good players can average 100 - 200 gold profit per arena run, or at least enough to sponsor another arena run and you get a free card pack as well.

You begin to draft value wise and then, after some picks. you begin to draft depending on what your deck seems to be (aggro, midrange, tempo, etc). Heartharena calculates a ton of probabilities to point you to the right picks; for example it calculates the chances of being offered a 2-drop and adds that on the cards score etc.

What do you guys think of my Hybrid Druid list? Any tech that can improve my control match-up? I'm at rank 10 right now. Control decks are my only real bad matchups. I'm thinking of maybe dropping Leper Gnome for BGH or Han Solo.

Have you played TCGs before? Coming from MTG back in May I purchased all wings of Naxx and BRM. If I were to join today I would also buy all wings of League. You get so many good cards from all the adventures. From there you can grind out dailies, do arena runs and do tavern brawls to build up gold and dust. Idk it depends on what you want to get out of the game, what you want to do. Time is money. Spending money on packs is uncertain, adventures are guaranteed value. Gamble on packs with gold.

Kings Elek is also a good two drop, snake trap x knife juggler has nice synergy if they don't use removal on it. Flare can be teched in for palladins but it's mostly dormant in my hand. I also thought about trading in a jeweled scarab for something.

Everything is pretty sticky (creeper, shredder, highmane) and nobody expects the 8 damage charge minion to fuck them over, I usually play a kill command then kill them on turn 9.

part of the reason mad scientist and challenger are so powerful is because they act like fetch lands from mtg. They essentially give you the low mana cost cards for free and give you a higher chance of drawing that card you really want.

Typically, a fast deck is better than any other kind.
Secret Paladin, <Any> Hunter, or other decks with games under 7 minutes will get you to Rank 5 the fastest.
From Rank 5 and up, it relies on you actually knowing how to play though.

So because of these threads I ended up looking at WoW TCG cards.

Did they split this card into Corruption and Bane of Doom?

If you can't read the text it basically says...

"Attach to enemy, if that enemy survives till your next turn, reveal lots of cards, and play one of your revealed demons for free, shuffle the rest back into your deck."

Because that effect is metal as fuck and would make corruption pretty cool, probably not a 1 mana card though.

Buying packs is actually a lot more eficient than buying a booster box of mtg. I've been playing HS since July, spent $375 on packs, and only played arena 4 times. Right now, I have every chase legendary, and have the cards for every tier 1 & 2 deck that you'll find listed on tempostorm and liquidhearth. At this point, I don't have to spend anymore money, and all I have to do is grind dailiy quests for the few tech cards that I do need. With adventures, that comes out to $440, which is about as much it would cost to play Standard for 6 months, or a low end Modern deck.

Why is tempo mage called that when all it does is cheat the fuck out of cost formulas by doing shit like turn 2 mad scientist into mirror image or 1 mana skill portal giving you -3 mana off creatures etc? It's basically just an aggro deck.
