The first nerf listed on the wiki is the reserve ammo from 40 to 24. Any nerfs before that (and I know there were nerfs before too, arm time and the like) are irrelevant because none of the current leagues ran TF2 back then. Yes, when every class was limited to 2 every team ran 2 Demomen at all times unconditionally. If you ran anything else you lost. It was that simple. Before stickybombs had falloff (like you said) their damage was capped at 120, but since Valve added the feature you say *prevents* 130 damage stickybomb, it was quite rather the contrary, rampup and falloff made 130 damage stickybombs possible in the forst place.

How do i get into the habit of jumping more as scout?

I feel like if you jump you are more predictable and easier to hit so I rarely do it.

I am of the firm belief that having the Shotgun equipped should make Heavy's head hitbox smaller somehow. Perhaps make equipping it have him duck or put on a helmet or something.

Fun fact, if you call for Medic the Heavy will put his hand in front of his face, which actually can block headshots from occurring.
