You cast your dots and mind blast in order to build your Insanity bar. When it hits 100 Insanity, you enter Void Form and your spells change so that they do more damage and extend your dots. When in Void Form your Insanity drains but you still gain it from spells, so you're fighting to stay in Void Form as long as possible. Being in Void Form gives you a stacking Haste buff which is supposed to make you feel insane. It sounds fun, also they'e finally getting a cooldown.
