you can activate your spells but you cant move your character, so make sure you're facing the right way. One of the cooler things I've seen is that you just run up to a boss, safety wall, OoB the boss while casting Zaibas. You can cast spells and attack at the same time and the DPS is pretty crazy.

Don't waste a circle on C3 Cleric. 20s Fade and 20 hit Safety Zone are all you should need. Krivis > Cleric 2 is best in that regard, since that gives you Zaibas to help level.

If you don't like hard mode, then pick swordsman, if you want hard mode then pick archer, you will be rewarded for your effort at the end of the road.

Is that so hard to understand? in many games archer is the faceroll class, in this game it's swordsman. Please understand it's a beta and things might change, or might not, but if you hate archer so much then don't pick it, I'm very happy with my archer, and will be playing archer again in OB.

Getting to the good levels doesn't that that long if you know what you're doing, if something it's too hard for you then get a party there's lots of people around, but I soloed everything with shitty archer no problem. If you're in a rush to be high level and be strong play swordsman and have fun reaching max level in two weeks or a month and then quit, you would do the same with archer anyways.

Archer needs some rebalance r1-r4 it's nooby trap, if you fall in nooby trap you'll never get to the good levels just go back to swordsman.

this is a grinding game but they don't want you to grind at low levels, they want you to quest till rank 5 then you start grinding, literally nobody would play it otherwise and they know that.

The build I'm doing is full support and it's pretty fucking good.

If I were to do it again, I'd pick krivis first for the easier leveling. Idea is that you get up to 10k-ish health and put the rest into spr. You have deprotection zone, monstrance, zalciai and stoneskin that all scale off of spirit, zalciai and stoneskin scale particularly well with it. Deprotection/Monstrance act as a flat damage buff that will scale all the way to 600 for what I assume will be minimal damage at that point, but better than say blessing/sacrament. You get the priest utility buffs and the essential daibo so buffs aren't overwritten. And then there's zalciai providing a shit ton of crit attack (which btw, is a % based increase not a flat increase like some retard said earlier in the other thread, I just went and tested with a barbarian) which will scale incredibly well into late game and zalciai also gives about 15-20% flat crit chance from reducing enemy crit resistance to 0. Then you have Stone Skin which is obnoxiously strong when you're all out spr; it gives about 50-60% chance to block with 193 spr at lvl 157. Of course that's for the whole group and it's up for 2 out of 3 pulls in a dungeon or every other big pull. Oracle is what I'll pick to finalize the build for the sake of trying it out, but if Arcane Energy goes up to 45% spirit, then it might be mandatory to go 3 in Oracle and pick other support options after that. The only other good support choices would be diev1 for the cooldown statue, krivis2 for more buff limit or monk/paladin for extra damage.

The idea is that you do little damage yourself but you provide more healing, more group damage, more group defense and more utility (through oracle) than a monk/paladin can bring. And that's assuming the monk/paladin puts some points into Spr instead of Str for the amazing scaling it gives with deprotection and monstrance.

Are you for real? I've played a tank and I can easily understand why it's hard to play. That's because it sticks true to it's role and description. Meanwhil Archer is classified as a DPS class. Yet it has an embarrassing DPS.

Anon, what level are you? there's isn't much beneffit in being a useless piece of shit just to throw more buffs, the game actually wants you to avoid stacking buffs by having such a short buff limit.

I think once large scale pvp happens, then maybe full support will be a thing, and by full support I mean a krivis 3 because you will want Daino 15 to stack a fuckton of buffs and have your army as tanky as possible, daino 15 scrolls would be too expensive to keep on you all the time.

But for now playing a buff bitch that stays in the back and does nothing is kinda bad, not to mention you can't farm by yourself at high levels 1-100 is fine sacrament/bless will carry you for a long time but their buffs are fixed, at lvl 250 having bless is going to be pretty insignificant, the good buffs are the buffs that can scale like monstrance (with your DEX) or % based like aspersio.

If you want to be a support character that's fine, but I strongly reccomend being something like priest/krivis/paladin3. About oracle I'm not sure, they're still ok but they feel so nerfed and didn't get a decent replacement to call of deitys.

From my experience with PSO2 (not really an MMO), this is definitely not the case. Every country is filled with the same casuals which keep online games alive now. They come from other mmos where they play "whack a mole" with health bars and such, used to be the walking potion machine never beign at risk, just standing behind the party clicking one button every minute to rebuff and what not.

What does it do? Remove debuff. However, it doesn't work like an antidote or anything like that. It's actually a toggle.

What you do is you toggle this item, whenever you get hit by something that's supposed to debuff you (get frozen from Ice Pike), it consumes 1 scroll instead. Complete debuff immunity as long as you have this in your inventory.

That will depend on the difficulty of larger raids, and 2 support/DPS hybrids might still be preferable to 1 full support plus 1 full DPS. The length of cooldowns on active skills suggests to me that partial supports have enough actively used skills to be constantly useful in a fight (which is borne out by my own experience). Imagining myself as a full support, I don't think that would be the case; there would be a lot of time that I would spend just waiting. The subsequent loss in overall DPS and dungeon clear speed doesn't seem worth it.

Found another useful transformation. It comes with a free Safety Shield that works with your Safety Zone: Range Increase attribute, and a three-tile Cure. Cure's damage is shit, but the shield is nice.

they don't hate any class, they actually are trying to please the community as much as they can, but they have a list of priorities. They have invested a lot of time in refining the swordsman tree, so the rest are somewhat underwhelming, from the G-star tests you can see wizards got some love to their auto attack, back in the first betas they got nerfed hard, so slowly they're picking up again the lose ends, but at the same time they're creating new content, they schedules to meet, and stability is still a huge issue, class balance will probably be a mess the first year or so, but the higher tiers aren't as fucked apparently.

I'm not defending them, I'm sure once they're done fixing the lower ranks they'll try to appeal to the people in the higher ranks and start fucking with the classes that were working fine already, I'm just mentioning this so people don't think the balance will remain like this forever, going for the fotm will kick you in the ass when they decide to change things arbitrarily, so it's better to pick something strong under the radar (and even then you might get the nerfbat out of nowhere)

They're all good, so you're doing fine. I swap between Oblique and Critical shot depending on the number of targets, so putting points in CS is good too.

Steady Aim and Bouncing Shot are good skills but have long cooldowns, so I don't feel like I use them enough.

Spiral Arrow allows you to overkill again and is on the level of Barrage good.

Bounce Shot is finicky and won't target some mobs for whatever reason. It's best used when there's more targets than it can hit to ensure that it actually selects the maximum amount of targets.

Kneeling Shot botters, please go. Or at least use an actual program that pots for you and shit if you're gonna try and fucking bot in the first place.

Outside of the attributes, it kind of does. I've been looking for utility transformations because all the transformations I've found so far have shitty damage. Panto for speed, frog for shield, etc. I'm running an INT/SPR build and haven't tested going full STR yet, however. Maybe STR is better for transformations.

That's the standard PvP Rogue build that's currently popular. I'm Archer C1 > Ranger C3 > Rogue C1 myself and it's the PvE version.

I feel going Archer C3 is kind of a waste because Multi Shot doesn't benefit from Sneak Hit's critical chance from the back and your Swfit Step bonus isn't as beneficial due to the lower need to stack DEX.

With Sneak Hit at level 10, that's 80% crit chance from the back with 100% uptime. Getting the other 20% will be easy with green gems and the bonus archers get from leveling up. So you'd be stacking massive amounts of STR which works well due to getting 10% bonus STR per class rank.

A good Rod with Arde Daggers will be much higher damage, but in terms of price/performance you can't really beat Ludas. Ludas isn't very expensive and if you get one when it becomes available at Lv40 it will last you a super long time, especially if you upgrade it a bit.
