Lets be honest this is the biggest fuck up of FO4.

I understand settlements are not mandatory, but if you want to get anywhere with them you need at least 6 charisma.
And even if you can do without them, they still feel like a pretty big part of the game and the biggest novelty introduced with Fallout 4.
They removed the armor / weapon strenght requirement, which means you can use and do pretty much anything in this game regardless of your SPECIAL, except for settlements.

You fucked up Todd, the game is still good tho.

You can loop them like a ring or any other formation. You only need one supply line between settlements.

Have to catch the settler in your settlement, he'll be called "Provisioner". This is pretty annoying as most of the times they're on the supply route, and god knows where the fuck that is (It's not actually a straight line, I'm sure).

Anyone know how to make the game run like not shit on Xfired 7950's?

On high textures, low shadows, no godrays, tessellation turned off though CCC, and I still only get 36 to 42 fps anywhere.

I also unlocked frames, but then had to lock frames to 70 for lockpicking.

I'm playing on a 144hz monitor, so I'd like to at least get 60fps.

What do I have to do to make this game not feel like it's running like shit?

I think I broke the mission Battle for Bunker Hill or something like that, where you're supposed to capture some escaped synths for the Institute. I tipped the Brotherhood off and killed all the synths, but for some reason the quest doesn't continue. All the objectives are marked as done, and I can't find any way to advance the quest. Oh god, I really hated all the fetching for U.S.S. Constitution quests but that ending made it all worth it

Doing it with Curie was hilarious because of her dialogue, she must've said that line about the Constitution being on the building at least 50 times during the fetch quests, then at the end she says "Up there! In the skyscraper! Is that a boat?"

FNV fanboy here. Just played the game for the first time. I have mixed feeling about voice acting and some other features, but everything seems to be more or less okay so far, I expected much worse. One thing which really bothers is me is the main story revolving around family (F3 once again).
