both servers nowadays are just as bad as each other (in terms of population, lag, etc), private server has the benefit of not being pay 2 win, has better xp/drop rates, is way ahead in content, and the economy is not fucked. Based on that private server would be better.

Duelist is a great sub class and viable for every class.
