The 3rd causes bleed when you use abilities on a target, and Corki has lots of those. Yes I know the bleed is diminished compared to if they were single target abilities, but I dont think there's many ADCs that have those. Quinn's Q is single target, and so is Caitlyn's R and a few others, but I am asking about Corki

Also, shouldnt Corki's passive show a countdown for when the next package will arrive?
