Hush and Ultra Greed have Health Scaling that applies so you can't one-shot them no matter how retardedly powerful you are.
All it does is make them tedious as fuck, especially if you have orbitals and/or The Soul to make the fight even easier.

I do like the idea of scaling health to some degree, however I disagree with it's current implementation. Hush and ultra greed feel like gigantic bullet sponges that take way too long to fight and it makes your efforts to get a "good/overpowered" run completely futile. It also really hurt builds that have slower attack speeds such as dr fetus or monstros lung.

So in short some health scaling isn't a bad thing but right now it's way overtuned.

Daily reminder the monty hall problem can be applied to a lot of situations in Isaac

There's still no R Equivalent for Consoles/Handhelds/Etc.
We're still supposedly missing The Keeper, a character found via Datamining, the "Alternate Final Chapter" assuming Edmund didn't mean the Blue Womb, and possibly items.
Lilith is a neat gimmick, relying on familiars and her Box of Friends to duplicate them for the duration of that room, but the Box got nerfed from a 2-Room Charge to a 4-Room Charge.

It's a strange thing, but yeah that doesn't work. It's the only Tear-Replacement that doesn't stack with Sad Bombs too in fact, as Tech and Brimstone work just fine with Sadbombs.

Any tear upgrades you have will still apply to Sad Bombs though, even when fired as Dr. Fetus, so not all is lost. Until you overdo it so much the game constantly crashes anyway.
