skills in this game scale linearly with stats, which makes some skills really good like icewall, and most skills kind of bad. Monks in this case do not need strength, and they don't need int either because they're unique in that they use Stamina, you can get lots of stamina through hidden quests and gear. You actually should get mostly Dex which lets you crit things with your attack. Your attack damage comes from leveling the base skill itself and weapons.

Yeah, I think it used to make it so that you did an offhand attack every time you did a mainhand, but now it just lets you do them together, but you need to hold C while mashing Z, which makes it really awkward, and probably not worth it. Guess I can keep trying though.

How do you even get the stamina quests? Nothing I find works, they're just unavaliable to me.

I love this game's artstyle and design, but the special and lightning effects are terrible and they dont suit the rest of the game at all. Spells and skills looks so bad, the fire spells for example, look like they are from older 2000's games.

Its so bland and ugly and still manages to make the game go 30fps on my 980 during boss fights.

Well what will be your rank 5 and 6? If you're going Corsair and not Doppel you're better off sticking to 1hand + shield for now since you don't really get that much bonus with the 2handed sword without highlander.

I actually switch between both 2 handed and 1hand and 1 meme dagger off hand every now and then and the difference without the buffs is almost 500+ in damage. My crits with those are around 600~700 while my 2 hand is 1k~1.5k. Then again it is not a really good comparison since my 2hand is a +6 Lapis Katzbalger and my double wield is Silver Falchion + Arde dagger at both +0. I should +5 them both at least to see if anything changes.
